산지물 신제주점 Sanjimul means 'Sanji water', the old spring of Sanjicheon in old Jeju City; Sinjeju-jeom marks this as the New Jeju (Yeon-dong) branch, which posts say is separate from the old-town Sanjimul.

A sashimi, mulhoe and braised-fish restaurant at Sindae-ro 10-gil 53 in Yeon-dong, Jeju City, beside Sammu Park. The dish people eat most is the 15,000-won lunch set sold 10:00-17:00 — a whole tilefish per person, mackerel braised with aged kimchi, spicy pork and a fried egg — which 14 of 26 visit posts ordered. Groups and evening diners order the special course (110,000 won for two in October 2026), mixed mulhoe at 22,000 won or braised hairtail at 40,000 won for two. Many posts note it opens at 8 a.m., so it gets written up as a breakfast stop near the airport. We read 30 posts from 6 May 2025 to 27 October 2026; 26 describe a visit.

Of the 29 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes getting there by bus. Nearly all drove a rental car, about ten minutes from the airport; one came by taxi.
- Waiting barely comes up. One post ate without waiting; another says there can be a wait between noon and 1 p.m. and went later on purpose.
- Every post gives the hours as 08:00-22:00, but they split on closing days: seven say closed every other Tuesday, three say open every day, and the split does not follow the dates. Check before a Tuesday visit. One August 2025 post that copied the listing gives the opening time as 10:00.
- More than ten posts give the same number, 064-745-5799, but none actually booked; the claim that reservations are taken only comes from copied listing info.
- Prices come from menu lists dated August 2025 to October 2026. Hanchi mulhoe is 16,000 won frozen or 20,000 won live, so check which you are getting. Apart from the lunch set, the only bill anyone reported was 260,000 won for a six-person course.
- Many of the visit posts look templated: four clusters share wording, order and sign-off, posted the same day or week, and two posts disclose payment. That may explain how uniform the praise is. One filefish post also mixes in details from the airport branch, so we cannot tell which branch it describes.
