An all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu buffet from the Chaeseondang chain at 65 Gwawonbuk 4-gil, Yeon-dong, Jeju City, about ten minutes' drive from Jeju airport according to the posts. You pick two broths at the table and help yourself to beef, pork, vegetables, rice-paper roll fillings, hot dishes, salads and desserts. Weekday lunch is 24,900 won per person for 80 minutes; weekday evenings, weekends and holidays are 29,900 won for 100 minutes, draft beer included. You drive round the back into a second-floor indoor car park, with an overflow lot (Yeon-dong 1397) a one- or two-minute walk away. Three posts give capacity: 20 cars inside, 18 in the overflow lot. Posts note that if you use the overflow lot you have to register your car at the counter on the way out.

The restaurant is on the ground floor. Three posts parked upstairs and walked down to the first floor to get in; two posts say that route is a staircase. Nobody mentions whether there is a lift.
We don't know about wheelchair access. No post mentions a step or ramp at the entrance. One family kept a pushchair at the table but didn't say how they got in, and two posts say the way down from the car park is by stairs.
One post says the toilets are inside and separated by gender; two say they were clean. Nobody mentions an accessible toilet.

What we do not know
- Opinions split on the spicy broth: three posts found it milder than expected, two found it properly hot.
- Eighteen posts cluster between 12 and 22 October 2026. They share the same search phrases ('Sinjeju restaurant', 'near the airport'), the same info block and the same running order (parking, big room, broth, buffet, beer, croffle). None discloses sponsorship, and only two of the 30 posts (31 July and 13 August) say the writer paid. The cluster looks like commissioned copy, so read the volume of praise with that in mind.
- We don't know how to get there by bus: no post went by public transport. Nearly everyone drove, and one post walked from nearby.
- No post reports waiting. One arrived at the 11:00 opening and found it quiet, while several say it was busy even at weekday lunch. That doesn't mean there's never a queue, only that nobody wrote about one. Two posts mention waiting seats outside, and one saw many group bookings.
- 26 posts give opening hours, almost all copied from the listing: 24 say 11:00-21:20 daily with last orders at 20:20, while one says 21:30 and one gives last orders as 20:00.
