A sashimi and hairtail restaurant on the second floor of Ilchul-ro 84 in Seongsan, next to the Starbucks drive-through. The flounder set (55,000 won in late-2025 posts) brings sashimi followed by fried rockfish in sweet-and-sour sauce, fried squid and cream shrimp, then a fish soup; the small braised hairtail at 40,000 won comes with a whole grilled hairtail that staff debone at the table. Ssamchongsa moved here from an older spot with floor seating and hard parking. We read 30 posts from October 2025 to September 2026; 22 of them ate here.

What sets it apart
- No post reported waiting. Three said they walked right in: at 6 p.m. on a holiday, to an empty room at dinner, and to a nearly empty hall. Thirteen posts called the room spacious.
- One post went up to a third-floor rooftop deck to look at Seongsan Ilchulbong, once a photographers' spot, but noted a new café in front now blocks part of the view. Six posts mentioned the windows and the view out.

Two posts said the restaurant is upstairs, but nobody said whether you climb stairs or take a lift, or whether there is a step at the door. That means we don't know, not that there is none.

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 8 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Ssamchongsa relocated. A diner who visited the old place in 2024 returned in March 2026 and found the cramped floor seating replaced with chairs. No post says when the move happened; every post from October 2025 on uses the current address. One fan who has come for five years has known both locations.
- No post came by bus. One walked from a nearby hotel; most drove. We don't know how practical transit is.
- Opening hours are only copied listings: fourteen templated posts repeat 10:00–22:00 with Sundays closed, a Sep 2026 post agrees, one gives 10:00–22:30 and a takeout post 10:30–21:30. All agree it closes on Sundays.
- Prices vary by date and source: the flounder set is 55,000 won in late-2025 posts and 60,000 won (20,000 off without sides) in a Sep 2026 menu block, and we can't tell if the sizes match. Five posts called it good value; none called it expensive.
- Many posts copied the phone number 0507-1368-1168, but none said anything about making a reservation.
- Fourteen of the 22 dining posts, dated Nov 25 to Dec 25, 2025, open with the same info block and the same order (40,000-won braise, 55,000-won flounder set); only one of them discloses sponsorship. Two posts say they paid their own way.
