모루쿠다 Morukuda reads as Jeju dialect for "I don't know"; none of the posts explain the name.

A raw-fish and drinking spot on Taepyeong-ro 431beon-gil, right beside Seogwipo Olle Market, serving Jeju mackerel sashimi and seafood ramen. We read four posts, from July to October 2026. All four ordered the same pair: mackerel sashimi (42,000 or 43,000 won) and seafood ramen (16,000 won), so a meal for two comes to around 60,000 won. All four describe the same way of eating it: laver topped with seasoned rice, onion relish and a slice of fish. All four copied the hours as 12:00 to 23:00, which is why one post pitched it for daytime drinking.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Three posts said the mackerel had no fishy smell, and all three added that first-timers could manage it. The fourth post said nothing about smell.
- Three posts mention a private room at the back, but they disagree on what it is: one calls it small, one says it seats eight, one found two rooms. All four describe a long, narrow hall with the tables in a single row, though one post counted four tables and another six.
- Two posts called the portions generous. One said the sashimi could feed three, the other called the spread lavish. Three posts also got free extras (grilled salmon collar, salmon, or a raw-fish salad), which helps explain why the table looked so full.

All four posts say to use the Jeongbang-dong public car park across the street. Two said they actually parked there without trouble, one calling it a 30-second walk. One post copied the rate: free for 30 minutes, then 1,500 won per hour. No post mentions parking belonging to the restaurant.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
No post says from experience which floor the restaurant is on; only the address says ground floor.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That doesn't mean there's a barrier, only that nobody wrote about it.
No post mentions where the toilet is or whether it is separated by sex.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- None of the four posts discloses sponsorship. Still, all four ordered the same two dishes, three received free food, and two promoted the review-for-a-gift event. None says the writer paid their own way either.
- The mackerel sashimi price appears as 42,000 won in two posts and 43,000 won in two. The split doesn't follow the dates (43,000 in July, both figures in September, 42,000 in October), so we can't tell whether the price changed or someone wrote it down wrong.
- The 12:00 to 23:00 opening hours were copied from an info block in all four posts. No post gives a closing day, and only one mentions that there is no afternoon break.
- No post describes getting there by bus. One says it is right by Exit 7 of Olle Market, and the parking notes suggest the writers drove.
- No post says the writer had to wait or got a table straight away, and nobody said whether the restaurant takes bookings.
- Only two posts say who they went with: one with parents, one with a friend. The other two don't say. One post noticed a family with a child eating there.
- The phone number 0507-1364-1477 was copied into the info blocks of two posts. No post says whether you can book by phone.
