Gran J is the lounge on the lobby floor of the Hill Suite wing at Grand Josun Jeju in Jungmun, Seogwipo. Since May 2026 it has been a private lounge for Hill Suite guests, serving a plated breakfast in the morning and, in the afternoon, coffee, tea and snacks such as cookies and fruit, once per night for two. Before that it was a gourmet lounge with brunch and a dinner course, which cost 110,000 won per person in an April 2026 post. We read 30 posts from February 2025 to October 2026. We set 3 aside as not about Gran J, and 12 record an actual visit. Nearly all are short passages inside hotel-stay write-ups.

What sets it apart
- The coffee-and-tea service comes with the room, and 3 posts said it was free. They listed coffee, lattes, Bevente teas, cookies, muffins and shine muscat grapes; one post noted there was no decaf, and one said children choose mango or apple juice. It covers two people, so one group of three paid 20,000 won for the third.
- Expect no queue. A September 2026 visitor found the lounge completely empty, and a July post called it quiet and uncrowded. No post mentions waiting.

Posts disagree on the floor: the registered address says the annex's 1st floor, check-in tags say floor L, and one descriptive post says the 2nd floor. Two visitors described taking the elevator up one level from the entrance to the lobby floor. No one said it is underground.
No one wrote about steps or getting in by wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that it's a problem. Two posts said you reach the lobby floor from the parking-side entrance by elevator or stairs.
No post says whether there is a restroom in or near the lounge.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 15 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The name stayed but the place changed. Posts up to April 2026 describe a dinner course, brunch and apple-mango bingsu; one guest staying in the main building booked dinner by phone the same day. Posts from May 2026 on mention only guest breakfast and coffee-and-tea time. Coffee-and-tea hours also moved, from 15:00-17:00 in a March 2025 post to 13:00-21:00 with a 17:00-18:00 break in August 2026.
- Two posts give different hours: August 2026 says coffee and tea from 13:00 to 21:00 with a 17:00-18:00 break, September says 15:00 to 21:00. The 07:00-10:00 breakfast window is copied from the official notice.
- Prices depend on the room package. The 70,000-won adult breakfast (63,000 with the guest discount) was copied by two posts that did not eat there. The only prices actually paid are 110,000 won per person for the gourmet course in April 2026 and 20,000 won for an extra person at coffee-and-tea.
- The phone number in the posts, 064-738-6600, is the hotel's main Hill Suite line; no post gives a direct number for Gran J. One post says breakfast must be reserved by 18:00 the day before, but not from experience.
- No visitor described getting there by bus; two posts parked in the Hill Suite's own lot in front of the building.
