Doldam Heukdwaeji Jungmun is an aged black-pork grill on the main Iljuseo-ro road by the Jungmun resort area in Seogwipo. Staff grill the meat at your table; per September 2026 posts, belly or neck is 33,000 won per 280 g, shoulder rack 54,000 won for 450 g, and the turban-shell rice 10,000 won. Many diners followed the pork with the turban-shell rice (14 posts) and kimchi stew (10). We read 22 posts dated 15 September to 28 October 2026: 20 record a meal, one is a supplier's promo with no meal, and one was about a different restaurant and was set aside. Of the 20 meal posts, though, 15 follow two recurring scripts, and one of those says it was written with support from the business, so read the counts below with that in mind.

What sets it apart
- Staff do all the grilling: 16 of the 20 meal posts say so, and 5 say the pork goes on raw, without par-grilling. Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 21 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Many posts follow a template. Six repeat the same points (a long bench seating 15, bookings until 6 pm, bags under the chairs, 330-hour cross-ageing); nine repeat another set (charcoal smell, first bite with salt only, pick-up service, gift shop next door, free nationwide delivery). One post in the second group discloses business support; the rest say nothing. Only five posts outside these groups describe a visit in their own words.
- Thirteen posts call the pork juicy, but all thirteen belong to the scripted groups. The one independent post that addressed it found the meat dry, and another said it didn't taste clearly different from ordinary pork.
- One post saw a fair number of people waiting on the entrance bench in late afternoon; another walked straight in at lunch. No one gives a waiting time.
- No post describes getting there by bus or on foot. The only diner who didn't drive used the hotel pick-up van; its hours and coverage appear only as hearsay.
- Sixteen posts give opening hours of 11:00 to 23:00 with last orders at 22:00, but 14 of them copy the Naver listing. None mentions a day off.
