Compiled from 7 blog posts read in fullSources →
A seafood hot-pot house in a stand-alone building at 221 Yeonbuk-ro, Jeju City, which many posts put five to ten minutes' drive from the airport; all seven writers came by car or on a group itinerary. The pot of abalone, blue crab, shrimp and pen shell boils at the table, and once it does, staff drop in a whole live octopus and cut the seafood up for you. Only two prices were written down: 89,000 won for a large hot pot and 100,000 won for a set for four. Soy-marinated crab, barley kimchi and grilled tilefish come with the basic sides. We read 7 posts, from July 2025 to August 2026, all from people who went; one disclosed sponsorship.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- All seven posts say staff do the cooking at the table: the live octopus goes in at the boil, abalone guts are removed, and the tentacles are cut to size. One noted that scallop, abalone and octopus, which toughen if overboiled, were set aside on a pen-shell shell to eat at the right moment.
- All seven got the soy-marinated crab as a side; three said it was not salty. One spotted an ad by the exit offering to ship the crab to the mainland.
- Five posts called the room large and three mentioned the big windows; one said the window seats fill first. The figure of 200-plus seats was repeated by one post, not counted.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

The floor is in dispute: two posts from July and August 2025 put the restaurant on the second floor, one from April 2026 on the ground floor, which matches the current registered address. We can't tell whether it moved downstairs or one post is wrong.
No post mentioned a step at the entrance, wheelchair or stroller access, or a lift. That doesn't mean there isn't one; nobody wrote about it.
Nobody said where the toilets are or whether they are separated by sex.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- Posts split on heat, two to one: two found the broth spicy, and in one of them the child couldn't eat it; one wished it were spicier.
- Nobody came by bus or public transport; everyone drove or came on a tour, so we don't know how easy it is without a car.
- Only one post covered waiting: arriving just after 4 p.m., they walked straight in, and noted a waiting area with menus and a phone-charging spot by the door. We don't know about peak-hour waits; another post found the place very crowded but didn't say it waited.
- The two posts that booked did so through a guide or travel agency. Two posts copied the phone number 0507-1496-0445; nobody described phoning in a booking themselves.
- Five posts gave the same hours, daily 10:00 to 22:00 with a break from 15:00 to 16:00, and three gave last orders at 21:00. Most of that was copied into the top of the post; one writer actually arrived just as the break ended at 4. Nobody mentioned a closing day.
- Prices were barely recorded: a large hot pot at 89,000 won (April 2026) and a set for four at 100,000 won (June 2026). We don't know what the medium, the set for two or the abalone pot cost. The post that gave 89,000 won called it reasonable.
- One April 2026 post disclosed sponsorship. It and the two 2025 posts share a keyword-stuffed 'best restaurant near X' style, though those two said nothing about sponsorship. The celebrity visits, the claim of buying seafood at the morning auction every day and of using no MSG were all repeated from the restaurant's own claims, and we didn't count them.
