A raw-fish place on the second floor of The Prime City building on Cheonjeyeon-ro in Jungmun, Seogwipo. People pick up the 'godak set' (live mackerel sashimi plus Jeju deep-sea prawn, 78,000 won) and eat it back at their hotel. We read 30 posts from 1 September to 21 October 2026. Five were about the Hamdeok branch of the same name and two only linked here from other reviews, so we dropped them; after setting aside one delivery post and one with no first-hand detail, we counted 21. Every one of those 21 was a takeout run. Not a single post ate in the dining room.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- All 21 visits were takeout. Fish comes packed over ice: one post drove more than 30 minutes and still found it fresh, and another was told to eat the mackerel within 30 minutes to an hour. Many people ordered ahead by phone or Naver before picking up.
- Fourteen posts say the mackerel didn't taste fishy, several of them from first-timers who had been nervous about it.
- Seven posts call the portions generous. One says the godak set is just right for two; another pair added convenience-store gimbap and cup noodles.
- One post describes a line: two parties were already waiting for takeout and it took about 30 minutes. Others waited 15 and 10 minutes for pickup, and one notes that because fish is cut to order, even a reservation can mean a short wait.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| Second floor | 11 of 21 posts |
|---|---|
| Lift to the floor | yes 0 · no 1 (of 21 posts read) |
Eleven posts say the shop is upstairs on the second floor. One says you have to take the stairs; another says it feels more like floor two and a half.
No post says whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in, or whether there's a step at the door. That doesn't mean there's no lift, only that nobody wrote about it; one post just says you have to take the stairs.
We don't know whether the toilet is inside the shop. One post mentions going up half a floor to the rooftop 'and the toilet too', but it's unclear whether the toilet itself is up there.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 23 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Accounts of the room's size split: three posts call it spacious and five call it small or cosy. All of these come from people looking around while they waited for takeout.
- Nobody ate in, so we have no first-hand account of the tables, service or side dishes. Lines like 'prawns bought at auction daily' and 'cut the same day' are the shop's own copy, repeated nearly word for word in over half the posts, and we don't rely on them. Only one post discloses that it received the food for free.
- No post arrived by bus. Six came by car, and posts put it about five minutes' drive from the Jungmun resort area.
- Seventeen posts give the same opening hours: 4 pm to 2 am, last order 1:30 am, open every day. Most copied this from the listing, and two add that it closes early if the fish runs out.
- The godak set is listed at 78,000 won in eight posts and 77,000 won in one. The 75,000 won in the Hamdeok posts is that branch's price. Three posts call the price reasonable or cheap, and none call it expensive.
- Most posts give the phone number as 0507-1321-9379; one gives 010-5858-9379. Posts mention booking takeout through Naver reservations or by phone.
