A Jeju black-pork grill on Yeonbuk-ro 840 in Hwabuk-dong, Jeju City. The kitchen sears pork neck and skin-on belly over firewood, and you finish it on charcoal at the table. Two portions (500 g) were 56,000 won and three (750 g) 84,000 won; most tables add the charcoal-grilled tripe sausage (13,000 won) and the cold radish noodle (8,000 won). It opens only for dinner and sits a short drive from the airport, so many posts made it their first or last meal in Jeju. What sets it apart
- Twenty-eight posts say the meat arrives pre-seared. Many repeat the menu's '70 percent cooked' line; in practice it is still pink inside and needs a few minutes on the charcoal. Staff do not grill it for you — two posts point that out. The menu warns that searing takes time, but two posts said the meat came in about ten minutes and the wait never felt long.

No post describes the floor or any stairs; we only have '1F' in the address and one note that it is a standalone building. That means nobody said, not that there is nothing to say.
No post mentions a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — even the five posts with small children are silent on it.

What we do not know
- Waits are split: four posts waited, five walked straight in. The no-wait visits were early — 3 pm, 5:30 pm, right at opening. A family with a 7:30 reservation still waited and found the room hectic with people queuing; another saw a line form as they left. No one gave a wait time in minutes.
- Eight posts mention booking, mostly through the Catch Table app. Phone bookings are mixed: one post was told same-day phone reservations are not taken, while two booked by phone in advance. Seven posts list the number 0507-1376-8912.
- Twenty posts give opening hours, all copied from the restaurant's listing: 16:00–21:50, with ten saying weekends start at 15:00. Last order is 20:30 in thirteen posts and 20:50 in one. Nineteen say it closes on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month; one says every Tuesday.
- No post judged the prices high or low; one said they had nothing to compare with. Two people paid 62,000 won for the two-person pork set and a stew, and soju or beer is 5,000 won. Nothing through October suggests prices changed.
