Dancing Durumi
댄싱두루미 Daensing Durumi Durumi is Korean for crane, so the name means 'dancing crane'; one visitor noted the screen behind the counter shows cranes flying above ballerinas whose skirts are croissants.

A bakery cafe inside the JW Marriott Jeju Resort & Spa, open to non-guests: you pick bread from wooden crates on a central display and pay with your drinks at the counter. Posts from August 2026 on describe a large room on the hotel's 6th floor, a converted banquet space reached by lift from the 3rd-floor indoor car park. August 2026 posts list an Americano at 5,000 won and a plain salt bread at 3,800 won; September-October posts list the Americano at 8,000-8,500 won. Before that, from around March 2025 to March 2026, it ran in daytime only inside the 7th-floor restaurant The Flying Hog. We read 21 posts dated March 2025 to October 2026; 13 describe actually eating there.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Of 11 visit posts that discussed price, 10 said it was not expensive for a hotel, and none called it expensive. One visitor paid 14,000 won in total for a chocolate croissant (8,000) and a camellia-hibiscus tea (6,000). Even the October 2026 post, with the Americano at 8,000 won, called the prices reasonable.
- Three posts call the current 6th-floor room spacious: it runs a long way back, with two-person tables, soft armchairs and sofas, group seating and wide gaps between tables. Two posts describe the long chandelier-like light along the ceiling. A 2025 post called the room much smaller but with a sea view; that was the old 7th-floor spot, not today's.
- Three posts describe it as quiet: one morning visitor found it nearly empty, another said guests talked softly and lingered.

You park in the hotel garage. Three posts say they parked there; a late-August 2026 post says cafe customers got two hours free. One post advises taxi riders to get dropped at the circular bay near the cafe rather than the main lobby.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 2 (of 13 posts read) |

| Lift to the floor | 2 of 13 posts |
| Toilet inside | yes 0 · no 1 (of 13 posts read) |
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller got in. Two posts say they took a lift from the car park to the 6th floor.
One August 2026 post says the toilet is not inside the cafe but a shared restroom at the end of the 6th-floor corridor.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 21 posts we gathered, 8 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The cafe has moved twice within the hotel: around March 2025 from the 6th floor into The Flying Hog on the 7th, daytime only (the old spot became a Chanel store), then back to a 6th-floor banquet space sometime between March and August 2026. We did not count 7th-floor-era seating, views, terrace or hours as current.
- Posts disagree on the current view: an August 2026 visitor saw a garden, not the sea, while an October visitor described window seats facing the sea. The many sea-view remarks come from the old 7th-floor location.
- Coffee prices rose in September 2026: three August posts list the Americano at 5,000 won, September-October posts at 8,000-8,500 won. That coincides with a Market Lane Coffee promotion (September 11 - October 31), so we don't know the price after it ends. Breads ran 3,800-8,000 won as of August 2026.
- Opening hours: three 2026 visit posts agree on 10:00-18:00 (one copied from an info block); one says 10:00-16:00. In the 7th-floor period it was 10:00-16:00 with last order at 16:00. No post mentions a closing day.
- Bread sells out by afternoon: visitors at about 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. both found many items gone, and a July 2025 post saw the shelves largely empty on the way out.
- No one reports queuing. One morning visitor said there was no line; an October 2026 visitor found the window seats already full. That is one post, not proof there is never a wait.
- The registered address says 2nd floor, but 2026 posts all place the cafe on the hotel's 6th floor; none mention a basement.
- No visit post describes arriving by bus; visitors came by car or taxi.
- Company splits evenly: two posts with family, two with friends, two with a spouse. One visitor brought children and ordered them shakes.
- No post gives a phone number for the cafe itself; two list the hotel's main line, 064-803-7777. No one says whether it takes reservations.
- Some posts were not counted: two from Marriott Bonvoy's official blog (same promotional copy), one by a resort-membership salesperson from the same complex, and one festival listing. None record a visit.
