Singsingit is a cocktail bar at Hallim-ro 181 in Geumneung-ri, Hallim, on Jeju's west side, set in a converted tangerine warehouse. Staff check ID at the door and fit a paper wristband whose QR code opens the menu on Instagram. Cocktails run 15,000 to 16,000 won, food from a 10,000-won cream cheese biscuit plate to a 32,000-won black pork barbecue, and a bottle of Woolshed Shiraz 99,000 won. We don't know about floors or stairs; no post describes them, and the '1st floor' in the address is copied text.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pram can get in; that is a gap, not a no. Posts only say you walk through a garden and open a large frame-like door.
Two posts say the toilets are behind a hidden door inside the bar and are separate for men and women. Several mention a small perfume room next to them selling the house diffusers and scents.

What we do not know
- Noise depends on the hour: two posts found it quiet on an early weeknight and two found it loud. Several say it is near-empty at opening and fills up after 11 pm.
- Only one post actually waited briefly at the door. Claims of weekend or midnight queues are hearsay or guesses, and no post records a waiting time.
- Three posts found the staff friendly; one said a staff member was quite intimidating.
- No post arrived by bus. People drove, took a taxi or walked from nearby Geumneung lodgings, and one found the dark road unnerving at night.
