Jemini Guksu Gimbap is a noodle-and-gimbap restaurant on the ground floor of 134 Soesokkak-ro, right at the entrance to Soesokkak in Hahyo-dong, Seogwipo, with a Twosome Place café upstairs. It serves Jeju pork noodle soup topped with boiled pork, bracken, burdock and lettuce-wrap gimbap, and jeopjjak ppyeoguk, a Jeju pork-bone soup; eight posts put the pork noodles at 9,000 won. It opens a little after 8 a.m., so many posts stop in for breakfast before or after kayaking at Soesokkak or walking the Olle trail. You order from a device at the table and a serving robot brings the food. We read 30 posts from December 2025 to October 2026; 22 describe an actual meal. We set aside 2 that were about the market next door or a trail walk, and did not count 6 hotel ads, city listings and roundups.

What sets it apart
- Space is the most common remark: 12 of the meal posts said the room is large or the tables are well apart. One noted four-seat tables pushed together in pairs, with room for a stroller beside them; a party of nine said the serving robot moved around them without trouble. The house's own '100 seats' line is promotional copy and we did not count it.
- No post describes waiting. Three say there was none: a party of nine on a Friday at 9:30 a.m. in January 2026 had the room to themselves, an 11:30 a.m. visit on 26 August recorded no queue, and a group that booked on Naver for Sunday lunch on 20 September found they needn't have. Nobody reports on peak-season lunchtime.
- A Naver receipt review earns a small plate of boiled pork. Five posts took part in the review event: four got the mini pork plate, and one November 2025 visit got a bag of tangerines at the counter instead.
- Extra side dishes come from a self-serve bar — five posts mention it; one says it is on the way to the restrooms, another that plates, water and aprons are there too.

Parking is the restaurant's own lot, front and back. Ten posts parked there or saw that you can; five of them called it roomy. One post disagreed: on Sunday 20 September 2026 — the weekend of the Soesokkak festival — the lot was hard to get into and the writer recommended the public car park. Others mention the lot is shared with Twosome Place, two hours free.

It is on the ground floor; three posts say so, with Twosome Place upstairs — one writer simply climbed the stairs for coffee afterwards.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair can get in. Strollers fit between the tables, but that says nothing about the doorway. This is unknown, not absent.
One post implies the restroom is inside (the self-serve bar is on the way to it). Separate men's and women's restrooms appear only in copied info blocks, not in anyone's own account.

What we do not know
- Service is split: one post found the staff friendly, two did not — one said questions went unanswered, another got no greeting as the first customer of the day. A September 2026 breakfast visit had to remind staff about a free mini noodle bowl.
- Cleanliness is split too: two posts called it tidy, while one March 2026 post said the floor and tables had tissue and sauce left on them.
- Verdicts on the food lean towards 'reliable' rather than 'special': three posts call it fine but not worth a long detour, and single posts found the broth thin, wished it were richer, or felt it turned a little greasy by the end.
- No post arrived by bus. Some came on foot along Olle Trail 6 or by bicycle via the Soesokkak checkpoint; the nearest bus stop and walking distance are unknown.
- Opening hours have changed: posts from January to May 2026 say it opens at 8:30, posts from visits since August 2026 say 8:20. Closing time is split — five later posts give 18:00 (last order 17:20), two give 19:00 (last order 18:20), and the most recent listing, dated 16 October 2026, says 19:00. All of these are copied listings, so check before you go. Three posts say it opens every day of the year.
- Prices are split and have moved. Eight posts give 9,000 won for the pork noodles, but one August 2026 visit and two hotel ads say 10,000. Gimbap was 7,000 won in posts up to March 2026 and 6,000 from May. A noodle bowl plus a roll came to roughly 15,000–16,000 won in these posts; check current prices. No post called it expensive, and five said the price was fair.
- Five posts list the phone number as 0507-1448-1401; only the city's holiday listing gives 064-763-1401. One group booked through Naver but found it unnecessary. The house's offer of group reservations with a free banner is promotional copy, not something a diner reported.
- Lines about bone broth simmered over ten hours, noodles made fresh each morning, produce grown by the owners' parents and seating for 100 recur almost word for word in four posts. This is the house's promotional copy, and we did not count it.
