Yeonhoje Gunaesikdang
연호제 구내식당 Gunae-sikdang means a staff canteen, and the place runs like one: a single set meal that changes daily; the posts give no meaning for Yeonhoje.
Compiled from 2 blog posts read in fullSources →
A set-meal canteen beside Sanjicheon stream in Geonip-dong, Jeju City, next to the Kim Man-deok Memorial. It serves one daily-changing Korean set meal for 7,000 won; you pay at the kiosk by the door before sitting down. It opens at 7 a.m., and both posts we read used it for breakfast near Jeju Airport. We read 2 posts, from April to October 2026, and both describe an actual visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Both posts say you prepay at the kiosk by the entrance. One writer sat down without paying, was served anyway, and nearly walked out without paying. Another says staff bring the tray to your table after you order.
- Both posts went back to the self-serve bar for more side dishes; one was surprised that even the japchae and soy-marinated eggs were there. One describes the rice as a heaped bowl.
- Both posts describe bar seats for solo diners alongside two- and four-person tables. One notes the room isn't large but turnover is fast, so a seat came up quickly.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside

Apart from the address saying ground floor, no post describes which floor it is on; we don't know.
No post says whether there's a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That means we don't know, not that there isn't one.
One post says the toilet is at the very back of the restaurant. Nobody mentions whether it's separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- On outdoor seating, one post says the doors open so you can eat outside; the other only guessed that you might be able to.
- The two posts don't give the same hours. Both copied them from listings; both say it opens at 7 a.m. and is closed on weekends. The April 2026 post has it closing at 15:00 (last order 14:30), the October 2026 post at 14:00 (last order 13:30), so closing time seems to have moved earlier.
- Both posts paid 7,000 won for the set meal. With only two posts, we can't say whether the price has ever changed.
- No post describes getting there by bus or on foot. One drove; the other just spotted it while out for a morning run nearby.
- No post reports waiting. One says turnover is quick so seats free up fast, but we don't know what peak hours are like.
- Only one post says who they came with: alone, by car. There's nothing about groups or families.
- The phone number (0507-1386-0596) appears only in one post's copied listing info. Nobody mentions booking for meals; the same listing says it runs as a pub in the evenings for groups of 15 or more by reservation, but no post experienced that.
