The Chujado branch of the Bulk Coffee franchise sits on the second floor of a guesthouse building, up an alley toward the lighthouse in Yeongheung-ri on Sangchuja island. Walkers on Olle routes 18-1 and 18-2 and island visitors stop here after a meal for coffee, lattes, ades, cake or shaved ice while looking down over the village and the sea. We read 10 posts from November 2024 to October 2026; one was a franchise-recruitment ad and was set aside, and nine describe actual visits.

What sets it apart
- There is an outdoor terrace, mentioned in four posts. One writer lasted ten minutes outside before the wind drove her in; she also noted the owner checking whether she was cold.
- Three posts say there is plenty of indoor seating — group tables, four- and two-seaters, window seats and a corner sofa. One mentions board games and a photo booth, another a phone charger by the window.
- Three posts point out that this is a chain café, unusual on the island; one adds that an iced americano costs about 500 won more here than at mainland branches.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside

The café is upstairs: four posts say it is on the second floor, and because it sits on a slope the view over Sangchuja village comes up again and again. One post describes climbing stairs to reach it.
One post mentions stairs up to the second floor, but nobody said whether there is a lift or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That means we don't know, not that there is none.
One post puts the toilet to the left of the entrance and another calls it clean; nobody mentioned whether it is separated by gender or how big it is.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- No one described getting here by bus on the island; posts mention walking from their lodging (500 m, about 20 minutes) or dropping in while driving around.
- Nobody reported waiting. Posts describe an almost empty café at 10 a.m. and a relaxed, uncrowded room, but none says what busy hours are like.
- Three posts give opening hours and all three differ: daily 08:30-20:00 (March 2025, copied from a listing), 08:30-21:00 (April 2025), and daily 09:00-20:00 with last order at 19:50 (October 2026, copied from a listing). We can't tell whether the hours changed or were misreported, and no one mentioned a closing day.
- No post lists a single menu price, so we don't know what a drink costs here — beyond one writer's remark that it is about 500 won more than on the mainland.
- No post gives the café's phone number or says anything about booking; one only copied a note that you should call ahead if arriving after closing.
