Manbaeseong Hanjeongsik fills a two-storey building on Ayeon-ro in Ara-dong, Jeju City: Korean set courses are served in private rooms upstairs, and the ground floor is hired out as a buffet hall for first-birthday parties and receptions. The C course most visitors ordered costs 39,000 won a head and arrives in three rounds — a cold table of raw fish, beef tartare and sushi; a warm one of braised ribs, bulgogi and fritters; and a rice table with braised hairtail, grilled tilefish and pot rice. Courses are by reservation, and many writers came for family occasions such as engagement meetings and 70th birthdays. The courses are upstairs: 17 posts describe entering on the ground floor and going up to the second, some by the stairs. The ground floor is a buffet hall opened for group bookings. Two posts place the toilets beside the second-floor counter.
No one mentions a basement; writers enter on the ground floor and eat upstairs.
No one says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or pushchair got in — that is unknown, not absent. Two posts from October and November 2025 saw a lift being built beside the building, but no later post mentions using one, and a 2026 post took the stairs.

Of the 30 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

- Four posts brought children, one a 15-month-old who ate the abalone porridge and seaweed soup. Mentions of high chairs all come from copied info blocks, so we didn't count them.
- Only two posts discuss getting here without a car: one says the Janggu Village bus stop is close but uphill, the other came by taxi and struggled to find one back. Everyone else drove.
- No one mentions queuing. Courses are by reservation — 10 posts say they booked — and one relays the rule to call an hour ahead if running late, since food is timed to the booking.
- 23 posts give opening hours, nearly all copied, and they vary slightly: most often 11:30-21:00 (19 posts), a break from 15:00 to 17:30 (16) and last orders at 19:30 (12). Two July 2025 posts say closed Tuesdays; seven from August 2025 on say there is no fixed day off and to call ahead. One September 2026 post alone says closed Wednesdays.
- Copied menus agree on prices: special A 79,000 won (four or more), A 59,000, B 49,000, C 39,000, weekday lunch special 28,000 (25,000 for residents). One post put special A at 49,000, apparently mixing it up with B. Only one post gives a total bill — 234,000 won for six on the C course, quoted by phone — and no one lists drink prices.
- The phone number, 064-712-6800, is the same across posts. Bookings go through phone, Naver booking or KakaoTalk; one post says Naver bookings are confirmed within 30 minutes, and another found no deposit was required.
- Of the 27 visit posts, two disclose sponsorship, one was a hosted meal, two say they paid themselves, and the rest say nothing. Several share an identical hashtag set, and two buffet posts are nearly word-for-word the same, so we didn't count their shared sentences.
