Compiled from 28 blog posts read in fullSources →

A ground-floor restaurant in a standalone roadside building in Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo, between Sanbangsan and Camellia Hill, serving sea-snail (bomal) knife-cut noodles at 12,000 won, bomal porridge at 13,000 won, bomal pancake, momguk and boiled black pork at 20,000 won. It opens at 8 a.m., and many posts went for breakfast; you order and pay on a tablet at the table and refill side dishes at a self-serve bar. We read 28 posts from 2 August to 22 October 2026, and all 28 describe an actual meal. Three say they paid their own way; the other 25 say nothing about money, and identical titles, hashtags and stock phrases such as the line about noodles kneaded and rested every morning recur across many of them, so we think some were written from the same brief.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. The standard side dishes are napa kimchi, cubed radish kimchi and pickled onion, and fifteen posts say they topped up from a self-serve bar; many single out the kimchi as the thing they kept refilling. Nine posts say ordering and payment both happen on a tablet at the table.
  2. Posts often call it easy with children. Ten saw high chairs themselves (one describes wooden chairs with trays, another counted three), and seven actually brought children. One mentions child-size spoons and forks at the self-serve bar, another a microwave.
  3. Eleven posts said the boiled black pork had no gamey smell, and two noted thick slices. One post from 3 August 2026 found it sold out because it is made in limited quantities, so ask ahead if it matters.

Parking

24 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park24 of 28 posts

Parking is consistently easy. Of 28 posts, 24 describe parking there themselves and 18 call the lot large. Most place it behind the building; some say front and back, one says on both sides. One noted there is no barrier gate, so no registration is needed.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 1 (of 28 posts read)

Only one post mentions the floor from experience: the restaurant uses the whole ground floor. No one mentions stairs or a basement.

No post describes the entrance step or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller firsthand. Two repeat that the space was built without thresholds, but as hearsay, so we did not count it — not proof of a step, just that no one checked.

No post says where the toilet is or whether it is separated by gender. We don't know.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • Waiting is mixed: three posts saw or joined a short queue (one around noon), two walked straight in (one on a weekday around 1 p.m.). No post gives a wait in minutes.
  • Two posts found the staff friendly; one from August 2026 said they were not, with no greeting on arrival or departure and kiosk payment making it feel almost unstaffed.
  • Six posts mention a separate inner area for groups, but describe it as room-like or explicitly not a room, so we can't say it is a closed private room. Fourteen posts call the place spacious; one says it is not large.
  • No one went by bus. One post says the Changcheon-ri bus stop is right in front; two say a car is easier than public transport. Every visit appears to have been by car.
  • Eight posts went with family, five with a spouse or partner, one with a friend, one in a group of nine; the rest don't say.
  • Opening hours: 20 posts give 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. and 19 say closed on Thursdays, though nearly all copied this from the listing; three say "daily" without a closing day. There is no dinner service.
  • Prices: most posts from Aug–Oct 2026 give 12,000 won for the noodles and 13,000 won for the porridge, but three list the noodles at 13,000 and two the porridge at 12,000 (apparently swapped). Noodles, porridge and pork for two come to about 45,000 won. One post notes the local Tamnaneun-jeon currency is accepted.
  • Most posts give the phone number 0507-1428-3457; one gives 064-792-3456. Reservations appear only in copied listing info; no post booked ahead.
