Haemil is the breakfast buffet on the lobby level of the Luceville hotel at 786 Sallok-namro, Andeok-myeon, Seogwipo. It opens 7:00-11:30, with last entry at 11:00. Full price is 24,000 won for adults and 15,000 won for children, and it costs less if you pay the day before. The food centres on rice, soup and Korean side dishes, and posts keep mentioning a hijiki ciabatta, a fry-your-own egg station and a bibimbap counter. We read 30 posts dated 14 May to 25 October 2026. We set aside 4 that were about other places sharing the name (an apartment in Hamdeok, a resort in Aewol, a swimming-pool directory). What sets it apart
- It is set up for children. Six posts saw high chairs. Posts also mention picture-printed toddler trays, child-size cutlery and cups, with one calling the animal-print trays plentiful. Eight posts ate here with children, and one listed what the child ate: seaweed, tofu, boiled sausages and dried-pollock soup.
- Window seats look outside, as seven posts noted. One describes earthenware jars and tall trees seen from a green-view window table, another the view of Sanbangsan, another a green garden.
- Two posts said the seasoning is mild, and none called it salty. Three found the fried items crisp: a garlic pork ball crisp outside and juicy inside, a crunchy tonkatsu, and an old-style crunchy sweet-and-sour pork.

Getting inside
The restaurant is on the hotel's lobby level. One post said the lobby is level L, with the first guest-room floor one storey above. Nobody said whether the restaurant counts as a basement or whether stairs are involved.
Nobody said whether the restaurant entrance has a step or takes a wheelchair. One post wheeled a stroller and luggage from the lobby to the lift easily, but that is about the hotel lobby. This is a gap in the posts, not evidence either way.
Nobody described a restroom for the restaurant, or whether it is split by gender; every bathroom mention is about the guest rooms.

Of the 22 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The prepaid price has changed. Posts up to August 2026 give 30% off for paying a day ahead: 18,000 won for adults, 11,000 won for children (12 posts). Six posts from mid-September give 20% off: 19,200 and 12,000 won. Two posts from May to July said 16,500 won. The full price of 24,000 and 15,000 won stayed the same throughout. One post had heard the adult full price would rise to 26,000 won; that is hearsay and we did not count it.
- Most posts repeat the same phrases in the same order: the day-ahead prepay discount, Naver booking discount, open to non-guests, and the 40% Dianex spa discount table. They read like copy based on the hotel's own notice. One post disclosed sponsorship, one post from someone who ate here said they paid themselves, and one went through a foundation. Much of the hours and price detail is copied this way, so we did not treat it as first-hand evidence.
- Twenty posts from people who ate here give the same hours, 7:00-11:30 with last entry at 11:00, but most copied them from the hotel notice. Nobody mentioned a closing day. One post from someone who did not eat here said there is no lunch or dinner service. Two posts said coming down around 9 or 10 was still unhurried.
- No post describes waiting. One said it was quiet on a weekday and had been told there may be a wait when it fills up on weekends and holidays; that is hearsay. We don't know whether weekends mean a queue.
- No post arrived by bus. The hotel sits in the mid-mountain area, and several posts say a car helps. We don't know whether public transport is practical.
- Posts give the hotel's main number, 064-805-0114, and one says breakfast pre-booking goes through it too. One post copied a separate restaurant number, 064-802-5172. Three posts booked through Naver at the discounted price.
