An ocean-view cafe at 30 Hyeongje-haean-ro, right on Sagye coast. You order and pick pastries on the ground floor, then carry them up to the big windows on the second and third floors. The signatures are the Hwasansong latte (strawberry) and the Hyeonmuam latte (Oreo) at 8,500 won each; iced americano was 6,500 won. We read 30 posts dated 31 August to 22 October 2026. We set aside 4 that were about other places and 4 that were multi-cafe lists, leaving 22 actual visits. One of those describes a May 2022 visit and another a September 2025 visit, posted later.

- People come for the windows. Of 22 visits, 12 sat at or wrote about the floor-to-ceiling glass facing the sea. On the second floor a long row of beanbags faces the glass; one post moved to a table behind them because the sun was too hot. Several posts describe a framed-window photo spot upstairs.
- Six posts called it large, usually alongside long stays — one solo visitor said you can sit for ages without feeling watched, and one family rested there for two hours.

Seating is upstairs: 10 posts sat on or described the second floor. The third floor opens onto an outdoor deck, which 2 posts called a rooftop and 3 a terrace. One post found the third floor a bit bare and preferred the second.
You enter at street level: 3 posts ordered on the ground floor and went up. There is also a basement floor, which one post described as a group-rental room (up to 20 people, booking said to be required — hearsay, so we did not count it).
No one wrote about a step at the entrance, wheelchair or stroller access, or a lift. That means we don't know, not that there is none. One post said you take the stairs to the third floor, which does not tell us whether a lift exists.
No visit described where the toilets are or whether they are separated by gender. One post's line 'toilet: yes' was copied listing text and not counted.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 22 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post arrived by bus. Two stopped in while walking Olle Route 10, but none mentioned a stop or route, so we don't know how it is by public transport.
- No post reported waiting. One found plenty of seats around 1 p.m. on a Saturday; another found it busy on a weekend afternoon but got a seat quickly. We don't know about peak-season weekends.
- Opening hours: all 7 visits that gave them said 10:00–21:00 (3 copied from the listing). But one post's info block says both 'daily' and 'closed Mondays', which contradict each other, and no one reported finding it shut on a Monday. One post advised phoning to check holiday closures.
- Three posts gave the phone number 0507-1356-9272; one list post gave 010-7759-9272. The only mention of booking is hearsay about the basement rental room; no one reserved a table.
- Prices come only from August–September 2026 posts: signature lattes 8,500 won (two posts), iced americano 6,500, vanilla-bean latte 7,000, milk-tea cake 8,500. No one gave a total for a visit. One post joked that you are paying for the view, without clearly calling it expensive.
- Two of the visits sit inside rental-car promotional posts that follow the same template (shuttle stop, parking-tower pickup, souvenir shop, non-smoking cars, in the same order). We counted their cafe sections as first-hand, but neither post says whether it was paid.
