Compiled from 24 blog posts read in fullSources →
Noraba sits on the ground floor of 570-1 Aewol Haean-ro, right on the water in Aewol, Jeju, and serves seafood ramyeon. The menu is seafood ramyeon (11,000 won), octopus ramyeon (15,900 won), poached octopus (13,000 won) and an old-style lunchbox (6,500 won), plus sets combining them; the ramyeon comes mild, medium or hot. Several posts describe the routine: you are shown a seat, order and pay at the counter, collect your tray when the buzzer goes, and return it yourself. Three posts say the shop has moved into this new building. We read 30 posts dated 8 September to 22 October 2026; one was about a different restaurant upstairs in the same building, and 26 describe an actual meal.

Rows without a count: 4 of 12 posts.
Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- The seats facing the sea are why people come. Thirteen posts mention outdoor seating. One counted 'about 3' terrace seats and another 'only 4' outdoor tables; one says the next free seat is assigned when your number comes up, so getting an outdoor seat is luck. On a windy day one post saw nobody eating outside, and another took photos outside and then went back in to eat.
- There is often a wait. Ten posts say they waited and four say they did not. The waits given are 15 minutes, 30 minutes in wind and rain, 'over an hour including the meal', and an hour and a half; one post found 3 to 4 groups ahead at noon on a weekday. The four that walked straight in came at weekday lunch, around 10:30 on a public holiday, around 10:50, and near closing time. You join the queue on the CatchTable machine at the door, and one post says numbers are called over a microphone, in Chinese as well.
- The lot in front is small. Seven posts say you can park, and all five that mention its size call it tight; one counted 'about 4' spaces and another '4 to 5'. Posts mention an attendant directing cars, and when the lot is full people parked on the coastal road shoulder or a nearby empty lot.
- Five posts noticed that most diners were foreign visitors. One put it at '90% foreigners' and complained that Chinese customers were served first even though they had arrived earlier; that is the only post that faults the staff.
3 more
- The hot level really is hot. Four posts found it spicy; one compared it to Buldak noodles and another found it 'excessively spicy' and left over half the noodles. Medium splits: one post found it hot, another milder than Shin Ramyun.
- Two posts brought a dog. One says dogs can sit freely outside and can come indoors in a carrier or pet stroller.
- Opinions on the food split. Four posts are from repeat visitors, one on a fourth visit; three found it ordinary ('just seafood ramyeon') and two said they would not go back.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

One post says the upstairs of the building is a different restaurant. A 'second-floor rooftop' appears only in a roundup post, and the one first-hand mention of eating 'on the outdoor second floor' is from 2025, so we cannot tell whether it refers to this building.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or baby stroller can get in. That is not evidence either way; nobody wrote about it. The one mention of a 'stroller' indoors is about a dog in a pet stroller.
Two posts say the toilet is inside the shop, and one of them says it is separated by sex. Two posts note the shop is on the ground floor.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 27 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Three posts say the shop has moved and one only guesses so. None says when; the old site is described only as 'a bit further down' from the current one. One post recounting a March 2025 visit could be from either site, so we left it out of the seating and waiting counts.
- No post describes getting there by bus or public transport. Writers drove or stayed nearby; one simply noticed other diners arriving by taxi.
- Thirteen posts give opening hours, almost all copied from the listing. All agree on a 10:00 start and a 14:00-15:00 break. Four say weekends run to 17:30 (last order 17:00), one says weekends close at 17:00 too, and the rest say '10:00-17:00 daily'. One roundup claims closures on the first and third Thursday while one copied block says 'open every day', so we don't know the days off. Food can run out early: one post at about 4 pm could order only one seafood ramyeon, and another found the octopus ramyeon sold out near closing.
- Price-wise, one bowl per person runs from 11,000 won (seafood) to 15,900 won (octopus). Posts from July and October 2026 give 15,900 won for the octopus ramyeon; a March 2025 visit gave 15,000. One post paid 32,400 won for set 2 (octopus ramyeon, seafood ramyeon, lunchbox). One writer thought it pricey for ramyeon but worth it; another found 11,000 won cheap for that much seafood.
- Most posts list the phone number as 0507-1360-1900; one gives 064-772-1900. Three posts booked ahead by joining the CatchTable queue remotely; nobody says whether the shop takes phone reservations.
