A Vietnamese and Thai restaurant on the third floor of the JS Plaza, beside Ara Station in Incheon's Geomdan new town. The baseline dish is beef pho at ₩10,000, and more than ten writers repeat what the kitchen tells them: brisket and a dozen herbs and medicinal roots, simmered over ten hours, every day. What comes of it, again and again in these posts, is a broth that reads clear but deep, mild enough in its spicing that pho first-timers and small children finish the bowl. Pad thai, fried rice, fresh-roll platters and tom yum sit on the same menu, so groups order differently and share. It has held this spot for five years, since 2021 — five writers say so, and one watched the fourth-anniversary promotion in November 2025. Open every day from 11am to 9pm, with no afternoon break. Delivery matters as much as the dining room: six writers noticed orders going out without pause while they ate. We read twenty-nine of the thirty posts collected between March 2025 and September 2026 — twenty-nine different people, one post each.

  The house baseline and by far the most ordered dish. More than ten writers repeat the kitchen's claim of a broth simmered over ten hours daily with brisket and a dozen herbs and medicinal roots. The soup reads clear but deep, and the spicing is mild enough that first-timers and children finished bowls — several say so. Bean sprouts and thin-sliced brisket come piled on

Parking

21 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Driving is fine, but note where you left the car. Four writers use the JS Plaza's underground car park — the building with the bakery on the ground floor — and get an hour free with a meal. Four call it wide and deep enough that a space was never in doubt, but one warns that the building is full of clinics and cram schools and the car park is always busy, and that remembering only which basement level you used is not enough: remember whether it was the upper or lower deck. A second writer describes the same split. One rates the entry and aisles slightly tight. Others walked: twelve give the distance from Ara Station exit 2 as 200–266m, three to five minutes.

Getting there

Naver Map has a full English mode — Settings → Language → English. In Korea it gives better walking and transit directions than Google Maps.

Getting inside

Not one writer looked at the doorway. Across twenty-nine posts nobody says whether there is a step at the entrance, or whether a wheelchair or a pushchair rolls straight in. One November 2025 post carries a line reading 「toilet / entrance / seating wheelchair accessible」, but it sits inside a block — group bookings, takeaway, delivery, reservations, separate toilets, high chairs — copied wholesale from the Naver listing, not something that writer saw. So we cannot tell you it is step-free, and we cannot tell you it is not. What we know is that it is on the third floor and there is a lift. Several people clearly arrived with babies — one fed a child their weaning meal at the table — but none of them described getting in.

When the posts appeared

What we do not know

• Nobody wrote about using the toilet. Not where it is, not whether it is inside the restaurant or out in the building's corridor, not how many stalls. Two posts state that the men's and women's are separate, but both copied that from the Naver listing. Only one person recorded something they saw themselves: a waiting bench outside the door, and a sign pointing to the toilet. A sign outside the door may mean the toilet is outside the restaurant, but that writer did not say so. For anyone bringing a child this matters, and this is as far as our evidence goes.
• This is not a ground-floor restaurant — it is on the third floor of the JS Plaza. More than twenty posts say so, and six add that you take the lift and turn left to the end. Nobody walked up, and nobody counted stairs. A paediatric clinic shares the floor, and two writers place a bakery on the ground floor. One notes that the board by the lift, coming up from the car park, lists the restaurant on three.
• Nobody queued, but that is not the same as no queue. Three writers found the room quiet — all three on a weekday, early (around 5:20 or 6:30pm) — and two of them watched it fill completely within half an hour of their food arriving. One found the dining room full on a weekday evening in over 30-degree heat; another saw customers still arriving at 3pm on a Saturday. No post records a weekend evening, so we do not know what that is like. One writer noticed a waiting bench outside the door; one booked ahead and was given the window table.
• The closing time seems to have moved. Three posts from March 2025 give 9:30pm, and one from June 2025 gives 9:20pm with last orders at 8:40. From October 2025 onward, every post but one from August 2026 says 11am to 9pm, last orders 8:30. Fifteen writers state there is no afternoon break — one of the most repeated facts about the place, and one people name as a reason to come at an awkward hour. Three say it never closes for a regular day off. One November 2025 post adds that it shuts early if ingredients run out; no other writer repeats that, and nobody records a wasted trip.
• Six of these posts are sponsored. Six of the twenty-nine disclose it — hashtags for the review agency, or plainly "I came on a comp, but" — five say they paid, and the remaining eighteen say nothing either way. On top of that, sixteen mention the promotion that hands you a free side for writing a review, and five of those describe the rolls they received. So read the praise here with that in view. Not everything is praise, though: two warn that the spicy dishes are genuinely spicy, two admit leaving food behind because two people cannot finish three plates, one says the car park is always busy, and two find the pad thai strongly seasoned. Not one writer calls the place expensive, and four call it good value.
• Prices have crept up. Beef pho was ₩9,500 in two March 2025 posts and ₩10,000 in everything after. The pork rolls went from ₩6,000 to ₩7,000, the spicy seafood fried rice from ₩11,000 to ₩12,500. The truffle cream noodles read ₩15,000 in three posts and ₩14,000 in one from August 2026, and we cannot tell which holds.
