Melting Muah is a large standalone café at 188 Hwangeo-ro in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, near the Ara Canal. Besides coffee and cake it serves burgers, open sandwiches and salads, so many visitors eat a full meal there; ordering is by kiosk. In 2026 posts an Americano is 6,000 won and the Mua burger 16,000 won. We read 30 posts from February 2025 to October 2026; one was about a different restaurant, leaving 29 visits. What sets it apart

Only one post mentions floors, describing a single-storey building with no basement or upper floor.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair can get in. Comments that it is roomy enough for a stroller refer to the interior. A Feb 2025 post mentions two doors; an Aug 2026 post says one has since been closed off.
Three posts said the restrooms are inside and two said they are separated by gender. No one mentioned an accessible restroom.

What we do not know
- Prices have risen: the Mua burger was 14,000 won in Feb-Mar 2025, 15,000 won in Aug 2025 and 16,000 won in 2026, while the Americano stayed at 6,000 won. Four posts called it pricey; one family paid 65,000 won for shaved ice and drinks. A burger with a drink comes to a little over 20,000 won.
- Opening hours are mostly copied from listings. Twenty-one posts give 10:00-21:00 with food orders until 20:00; three posts from March 2025 and one from October 2025 say it closed at 22:00. All agree it is closed on Tuesdays; one post saw a sign saying it opens on public holidays.
- No post arrived by bus or subway. Posts say it is near Gyeyang Station and about 20 minutes' walk from Gyeyang Araon, but everyone drove. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is no way.
- No post reports waiting. One said it never failed to find a seat even on weekends; others found mornings quiet and noted it filling up around lunch.
- Many posts list the phone number 0507-1310-9777. Two saw reserved-seat signs or a booked group, but none explains how to reserve.
- Some posts look sponsored: a February 2025 post says the writer paid only the amount above a provided allowance, and shares an identical hashtag block with two others from February and November 2025. Six posts say they paid themselves.
