You order at the ground-floor counter and take the stairs down to sit in the basement. Americano is 6,900 won, the signature cream coffees 8,900 to 9,800 won, croffles 14,900 to 15,900 won. - Nine posts called it quiet, usually alongside wide table spacing, and several described it as a blind-date or date spot; one said the tables on both sides were all blind dates. One post saw posters on the wall asking guests to keep it down.

Seven posts drove there and ten describe parking: some in front of the shop (one fit all three of their cars), others on the street when it was full. One post was asked twice to move their car despite parking in front, and another got a ticket after briefly stopping in a no-parking zone. The often-quoted '3 in front, 2 in the building lot' comes from the listing, not from visitors.

Seating is in the basement: nineteen posts ordered upstairs and walked down to sit. Many say it doesn't feel closed in. Six noted daylight from the ground-floor windows reaching the basement, and four mentioned the high ceiling. On ground-floor seating, two posts saw about one table and one saw none.
No one mentioned an entrance step, wheelchair or stroller access, or an elevator; that means nobody wrote about it, not that there isn't one. Nineteen posts reached the basement seating by stairs, and one said there were more stairs than expected.
Three posts say the restroom is unisex; two of them add it was clean with nice-smelling hand soap. Two posts place the restroom inside, on the basement floor.

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Ten posts repeat the listing's no-kids rule (upper-elementary and up), and one guessed it is because of the basement stairs. Yet one August 2026 post says the children in their group ordered strawberry lattes; their ages aren't given.
- No one described getting there by subway or bus; three posts said it is hard to reach without a car.
- No post reports waiting. One walked straight in, and two arrived near opening and had the place to themselves. A December 2025 post turned back on a crowded weekend and returned on a weekday morning. We don't know weekend-evening waits.
- Sixteen posts list hours as 12:00 to 24:00 daily, mostly copied from the listing; three give last order at 23:00. One post says it closes every Monday while also saying 'daily' in the same line, so that needs checking.
- Seven posts list the phone number 0507-1490-0803, all copied from the listing; no one reports actually calling to book. Reservations, private hire and wine-bottle bookings appear only as hearsay.
- Three posts are tied to the DatePop app: one is DatePop's own course post, one discloses affiliate commission and links to DatePop, and one used a DatePop deal. A near-identical info block (parking spaces, no kids, no pets) appears in more than ten posts; we treated it as copied and didn't count it.
