A pork-belly grill house on the ground floor of the Dream Tower 1 building in Okjeong's central shopping strip, Yangju. The signature is fresh pork belly at 13,900 won for 180 g, sold almost everywhere in the posts as '3+1' - three portions ordered, a fourth free. Meat is grilled on a square stone griddle alongside seasoned bean sprouts and kimchi, a soybean stew comes free, and meals end with fried rice that staff stir up from the leftovers. What sets it apart
- Side dishes are topped up from a self-service bar in the middle of the room - 27 of 29 posts mention it. What people go back for is mostly the bean sprouts and kimchi they grill on the griddle; one post refilled them three times, another lost count of the bean-sprout trips.

The shop is at ground level - six posts say so. One parked on the third level of the garage and took the lift down, arriving without getting wet.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair gets in. That means we don't know, not that there is a problem.
The toilets are outside the shop: three posts say you go out the back door to the building's restrooms, and one adds they are keypad-locked and separate for men and women.
