A sashimi house in the Okjeong central shopping strip in Yangju (Okjeongdong-ro 7ga-gil 18, First Plaza) that, as the name says, serves both aged and live-fish sashimi. It opens at 4 pm for evening fish and drinks; three posts went for aged yellowtail in winter, and three finished with spicy fish stew. Two said ordering is by kiosk. We read 10 posts from September 2025 to October 2026; 5 were about other restaurants and were set aside, and the remaining 5 are all first-hand visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Four of the five visits wrote about the complimentary side dishes that come before the fish: freshly fried pancakes, squid, whelk and sea squirt, a chive pancake, a steady stream of small plates — one called them decent but not over the top. Three posts wrapped the fish in aged kimchi dressed with sesame oil.
- No post called it expensive; two called it good value. One December 2025 post noted the yellowtail price hadn't gone up from the year before, in a year when it had risen elsewhere; another paid 97,000 won for small yellowtail, whelk and stew and called it good value.
- Two posts said the fish is cut thick, and another said the yellowtail slices are so large she cuts them in half with scissors.
- Two posts found the room roomy: one described a narrow corridor of seats by the entrance opening onto a wider room with well-spaced tables, and another came as a party of eight after booking by phone. One post said outdoor seating opens in mild weather.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
No one described which floor it is on or whether there are stairs; the unit numbers in the address don't tell us.
Nobody mentioned a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. We don't know.
No one said whether the restroom is inside. Separate men's and women's restrooms appear only in one post's copied info block, which we didn't count.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- No post described getting there by subway or bus — only that it's on a corner of the main road and easy to reach.
- No one wrote about waiting for a table, either way. That doesn't mean there's no wait; nobody said.
- Opening hours appear in three posts, all copied from listings. They agree on opening at 4 pm and closing Mondays; only the September 2025 post said Sundays close at 10 pm, while the other two say 11 pm with last order at 10.
- No post gave prices for individual dishes. Only one gave a bill: 97,000 won for two, covering small yellowtail, whelk and stew.
- Two posts list the phone number as 0507-1339-7105. One group of eight booked ahead by phone; another post only said reservations seem to be accepted.
- Of the five visits, three were couples and one a party of eight. No one went alone or with children; a high chair appears only in a copied listing, so we can't confirm it.
