A bar-restaurant on the second floor of Poly Plaza 4 in Okjeong's central shopping district, serving Korean dishes like beef tartare and beef jeon alongside clams, gambas and pasta; most dishes run about 23,000 to 27,000 won. Five of the ten visit posts ordered the clams steamed in alcohol, four of them with pasta noodles added for 3,000 won. We read 15 posts from July 2025 to October 2026, ten of them describing a visit.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- There is a smoking room inside the bar. Four posts mention it; three non-smokers said smoke drifted out when the door opened, while one said the ventilation was good enough to forget it was there.
- A free snack of crackers or biscuits arrives when you sit down; six posts mention it. One post says the water was barley tea, another that it tasted like hovenia tea.
- Three posts say that on Fridays, Saturdays and holiday eves the first order must be one main or two sides, and two say seating is limited to three hours when people are waiting.
- Four posts mention the large windows and window seats, opened in summer; one says that on a hot day they were closed and the air conditioning was on.
2 more
- It fills up. Two posts mention waiting: one got the last free table and saw a line form behind them, another waited at the entrance on a Saturday evening. One post mentions waiting chairs by the door. No post gives how many minutes.
- One post went with a dog, saying the owner keeps homemade dog treats and suggesting a call ahead on busy weekends.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 6 of 9 posts |

| Lift to the floor | 2 of 9 posts |

It is on the second floor: six posts say so, and two describe taking the elevator up, with the entrance on the right as you step out. Two posts warn that there are several Poly Plaza buildings nearby, so check for the number 4.
We do not know about the entrance step or wheelchair and stroller access. Posts mention the elevator to the second floor, but none mentions a step or wheelchair. That means no one wrote about it, not that there is a problem.
The restroom is the building's, outside the bar on the same floor; one post says so and advises taking tissue from the entrance. A separate men's and women's restroom appears only in a copied info block, which we did not count.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 14 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on seasoning split one to one: one post found the clam dish saltier than expected, another said it was not too salty.
- Only one post covers public transport, noting a direct bus from Nowon. No one says how far it is from the nearest station.
- For company we counted only three posts that went with friends. Two went with a spouse, which we did not classify, and none went with children; a high chair appears only in one copied info line.
- Opening hours disagree on closing time. All agree on a 5 p.m. opening and Tuesday closure, but closing times vary between 2, 3 and 4 a.m. with no consistent trend over time. Most are copied listings, and one post noted the Instagram hours differed again. Check before going.
- We know prices only per dish; no post gives a total bill. Within one post, the beef tartare in cold broth is listed at 20,800 won on the copied menu and 25,800 won in the meal description.
- Four posts give the same phone number, 0507-1446-7400. Reservations appear only in one copied info line and a promotional post's suggestion; no one wrote about actually booking.
