A fusion dining bar on the second floor of Seonyang Tower in Okjeong's central shopping district, Yangju, opening at 5 p.m. People come for Japanese- and Western-style plates such as sweet-shrimp ankimo roll, red-shrimp carpaccio with kaymak and linguine, with highballs, wine or soju. One post described the bar as on the second floor of Seonyang Tower; the rest only copied the address.
The bar is on the second floor, but no post mentions a lift, stairs or a step at the door. We don't know if a wheelchair or stroller can get in.
No post says whether the toilet is inside the bar or split by gender. That isn't a no; nobody wrote about it.

What we do not know
- Prices have risen: the ankimo roll was 23,900 won in a July 2026 post and 24,900 won in October. One post called the prices reasonable for the quality; none called them expensive.
- Five posts copied opening hours of 17:00 to midnight; two add that Friday and Saturday run to 1 a.m., and three give Tuesday as the day off. All of this is copied from the shop's listing.
- No post describes getting there by subway or bus.
- No post mentions waiting for a table. One post from a Sunday evening in July 2026 found several dishes, including fish-cake soup, already sold out.
- Two posts give the phone number 0507-1378-5422. Reservations appear only in copied shop info; no post says they booked.
