A neighbourhood fried-chicken shop in unit 104 of the OK Tower in Okjeong-dong's R6 block, Yangju. Old-style bone-in fried chicken is 17,000 won whole or 10,000 won half, and half-and-half is 20,000 won. Most people take it away; inside there are about three tables, plus outdoor seating out front. We read 28 posts from March 26, 2025 to October 17, 2026, 25 of them from June 2026 on. All 28 describe an actual visit: 13 ate in and 15 took food home. The earliest post bought a 15,000-won fried chicken during the soft opening, before the official opening on March 27.

What sets it apart
- The kitchen is in full view. Fifteen posts said they could watch the frying, and seven of those said chicken is fried to order rather than in advance. Most paired this with remarks on clean oil or a tidy kitchen; one said there wasn't a speck of grease to be seen.
- It is small inside. Ten posts said the room isn't big. Of the posts that counted tables, eight said three four-seaters and one said three or four; the pre-opening post said three groups would fill it. Fourteen posts, though, mention the outdoor tables out front. One family meant to sit outside but moved into the air-conditioned room because of the heat.
- Thirteen posts said the portions are large, and four took leftovers home. Posts mention a very large bird, oversized drumsticks and a big round tub filled to the brim. One couple thought it looked small at first but ended up full.

Thirteen posts said you can park, but they describe different spots: behind the building, a designated area by the OK Tower's central entrance, or the roadside. Several noted that parking is usually hard in the R6 block and this building has its own. Mentions of a cramped lot appear only as hearsay or in copied info blocks, so we did not count them.

No post described the floor from experience; 'first floor of the OK Tower' appears only in addresses and introductions.
No one said whether there is a step at the door or whether they got in with a wheelchair or stroller. One post copied a 'wheelchair-accessible entrance' line from the shop's listing, which we did not count. That means nobody reported on it, not that there is no access.
Only one post mentions the toilet: it is outside the shop. Whether there are separate men's and women's toilets appears only in a copied listing, so we don't know.

What we do not know
- Prices have gone up. Posts from March and August 2025 paid 15,000 won for a whole fried chicken. A June 2026 post says the owner explained a 2,000-won rise due to ingredient costs, and every later post that gives the price says 17,000 won. Eleven posts still called it cheap. Glaze for fried chicken costs 500 won extra. Two posts mention a 2,000-won takeout discount, but one is hearsay and one copied the menu, so we did not count it. Draft beer is 5,000 won for 500cc.
- Posts split on the glaze's heat: seven called it sweet and spicy, four said it is mild enough for kids. Thirteen called it sweet, and two said it isn't overly sweet.
- No one came by train or bus. Three drove and one walked home with the food. Posts say it is easy to find, by the Jadewell apartment entrance next to a lottery shop.
- No one reported queuing. One post found the room already full at dinnertime, and another got the last free table. For takeout, one post said about 10 minutes outside busy hours, and another waited 25 minutes even after phoning the order in.
- Nineteen posts give opening hours: eighteen say 3 pm to 11 pm, and fifteen say closed on Sundays. One September 2026 post says it opens at 5 pm. Most of these were copied from the shop's listing, and nobody mentions a break time or last order.
- Twelve posts list the phone number as 0507-1488-9781; one gives 031-856-2292. No one confirmed whether tables can be reserved, though posts did phone takeout orders ahead and pick them up right away.
- Three posts disclosed sponsorship and one said the author paid. Ten posts carry the identical hashtag string in the same order, and one of those is sponsored, so they may be commissioned copy from a common template. The '100% Korean chicken thigh' line is the shop's own advertising, which we did not treat as evidence.
