We don't know the floor from experience — '1st floor' only appears in the address. One post said it is just left of the building entrance.
We don't know whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. Nobody wrote about it — that is not the same as there being a problem.
The restroom may not be inside the restaurant: one post said you use the building's shared restroom. Separate men's and women's restrooms appear only in copied listing info, which we did not count.
