Hanmaeum Jeongyuk Sikdang Yangju Okjeong-jeom

한마음정육식당 양주옥정점 Hanmaeum means 'one heart' or 'one mind'; a jeongyuk sikdang is a butcher's restaurant where you pick cuts from the meat counter and grill them at your table.

Compiled from 11 blog posts read in fullSources →

A butcher-restaurant chain branch on the second floor of M Tower in Okjeong's central shopping district, Yangju (88 Hoecheonnam-ro). You grill aged beef and pork at the table; the most-ordered item is the 1 kg pork set at 66,000 won, and the 600 g beef set is 69,000 won. A large playroom with a trampoline and jungle gym takes up one side of the room, and most visitors came with children. We read 16 posts from December 2025 to October 2026; 11 describe actual visits. We set aside one about the business next door and did not count four list or promotional posts.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. All 11 visit posts mention the playroom: a trampoline, jungle gym, slide and claw machines, big enough that one family's kids played hide-and-seek in it. Some tables have a CCTV monitor showing the playroom. The tables in front of it fill first: one post arrived at 4:30 on a weekend afternoon and found them already taken. A posted rule copied by one writer limits the jungle gym to ages 4 to 9.
  2. Ten posts mention refills, mostly of the soybean stew that comes with the table; one refilled it twice, and two noted that staff top it up with tofu and vegetables, not just broth. Side dishes come from a self-service bar, and three posts recommend grilling its bracken fern alongside the meat.
  3. Expect a wait at dinner. Five posts describe waiting: 40 minutes after arriving just past 7 on a Friday, one party ahead at 7 on another Friday, and a Sunday where tables were free at 5:30 but a line had formed by 7. You leave your name and phone number, and two posts mention waiting chairs, one in the corridor and one inside the hall. A Monday visitor didn't wait but found the place busy.
  4. Three posts say it is not expensive; one called 69,000 won for 600 g of beef a kind price. Prices were the same from January to August 2026: 66,000 won for the pork set, 69,000 won for the beef set, 6,000 won for cold noodles. Two people sharing the half pork set with a bowl of rice paid 38,000 won.

  1. Six posts mention a private group room. One party of six adults and six children booked it for a holiday lunch and found it quiet, with air conditioning and fans; another got the room after reserving ahead.

Parking

1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park1 of 11 posts

Only one post describes actually parking: at about 6:50 on a Friday evening the building's single basement level was full, and they waited five minutes at the entrance. Five other posts repeat listing details, such as basement parking and three hours free with validation, which we did not count.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

Second floor3 of 11 posts

We don't know whether the entrance has a step, whether wheelchairs can get in, or whether there is a lift to the second floor; no one wrote about it, which isn't the same as saying there isn't one. One post noted only that strollers were parked in a row outside the door.

No one described the restrooms, so we don't know whether they are inside the restaurant or separated by gender.

No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 15 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Noise depends on where you sit. One post found the group room quiet; another warned that kids constantly run past and suggested sitting far from the playroom if you want quiet. Two posts mention children running around.
  • No post describes getting there by bus or train. One came by car; the rest didn't say.
  • Seven posts give the phone number as 0507-1348-0255. Three say they reserved, and one recommends phoning ahead for a table by the playroom. One post copied reservation rules (any time Monday to Thursday, before 6 pm on Fridays, before 5 pm on weekends and holidays); these come from the restaurant's listing, and we have not confirmed them.
  • Nine visit posts give the same hours: 4 pm to 11 pm on weekdays, noon to 11 pm on weekends, last order at 10 pm. Most copied them from the listing, though, and no one mentioned a closing day, so we don't know if it has one.
  • Some posts were not counted: three are lists of family restaurants around Yangju, one is a promotional post for a nearby shop using photos from the listing, and one is about the water-play kids' cafe next door in unit 202.
