Dolhareubang Sikdang
돌하르방식당 Dolhareubang are the carved basalt 'stone grandfather' statues of Jeju Island, and sikdang means eatery — the house is built around Jeju black pork, and several posts note the basalt-stone decor and the small stone placed on the napkins.

A Jeju black-pork charcoal grill in a strip of shops in the R6 residential block of Okjeong-dong, Yangju. It opens at 4 p.m. for dinner only, and staff grill the meat at your table from start to finish. The signature is the neck (18,000 won for 160g, two portions minimum), with a small soup before the meat and a pudding at the end. We read 30 posts from March to October 2026; 26 describe an actual meal there, and 3 were set aside as being about the dessert shop next door or other restaurants.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Of the 26 posts describing a meal, 24 say the staff did the grilling — shishito peppers and mushrooms included, and cut small for children when kids are at the table. One post found the grilling slow enough to break the rhythm of the meal; another says a server dropped a pepper and didn't apologise.
- Expect to wait at dinner. Twelve posts report a queue; where they give a time it is 30 minutes in four posts, 20 minutes in two, and 10–15 minutes in one, and one regular says every one of three earlier visits meant about 30 minutes. Weekday evenings are no exception. A tablet at the door takes your phone number and pings you on KakaoTalk; one post notes there is nowhere to wait indoors, which was hard on a hot day. Five posts booked ahead through Naver.
- Five posts say the neck comes as one slab and can only be ordered in two-portion units, so most tables order two of neck and add a single portion of another cut.
- Twelve posts comment on how thick the cuts are, eight on how juicy, and three say there was no off smell.
1 more
- Three posts came with children. In one, staff brought child-sized forks and spoons and some seaweed for the kids and cut their meat small; another cautions that the tables use live charcoal, so small children need watching.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
No post describes the floor or any stairs; the '1st floor' in the address is just the registered address.
Nobody mentions a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — not that there is none, just that no one wrote about it.
No post says where the toilets are or whether they are separate for men and women.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 27 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Three posts found the staff friendly, one did not, and two found them neither here nor there.
- Fifteen posts list opening hours, all landing on 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., last order 10:30, closed Mondays — but almost all of them are copying the restaurant's own listing, and one says 'every day'. One post found out first-hand that there is no lunch service.
- Only one post gives a total bill: 83,000 won for four people, four portions of meat plus stew, rice and drinks, with one diner eating lightly. On price, one post calls it a little expensive, one says not expensive at all, and four grumble about specific things such as the stew price or the lack of lettuce wraps.
- No post arrived by bus or train. Three came by car, and one suggests Okjeong-dong residents can simply walk.
- One post copies a notice saying tables are limited to two hours when there is a queue. That is the restaurant's own notice, so we did not count it; no post says it was actually enforced on them.
- Five posts give the phone number 0507-1312-8526. Five posts booked through Naver; none mention booking by phone.
