Dakchigo Dakgangjeong is a fried-chicken gangjeong shop on the ground floor of Dasan Plaza in Okjeong-dong, Yangju, across from Mart King. It sells three flavours (sweet-spicy, soy, plain fried) in medium, large and family boxes; summer 2025 posts list 13,900, 16,900 and 20,900 won, plus 1,000 won for half-and-half. Most people take it away or have it delivered; inside there is a kiosk and a few small tables. We read 30 posts from 30 October 2024 to 9 November 2025. Eight were written by people who went to the shop; most of the rest are delivery reviews, and three are the owner's own shop diary.

What sets it apart
- You order at a kiosk by the door. All five posts that described the inside mention it; one said it is the first thing you see on walking in. Two others placed a pickup order in a delivery app and collected it.
- There is a little seating. Five posts say so — one counted three tables, another called it 'a few seats' — and one was unsure. Nobody wrote about actually eating in; all eight in-store posts took their order away.
- The kitchen is in view. Two posts mention the open kitchen; one, written while waiting, noted that the fryer, the sauce-tossing pot and the seasoning tubs were all clean. Five posts in all called the shop clean.
- Even the red sauce is mild. Three in-store posts said it is not spicy and none said it was; one delivery reviewer warned that people who can't handle heat might notice a little.

Of the 30 posts we gathered, 22 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Nobody described getting there by bus or train; posts only place it across from Mart King, by Okjeong High School. We don't know.
- We don't know whether there is a wait. None of the eight in-store posts mentions queueing, though one notes a waiting bench. Talk of long lines at the opening and of students queueing after school comes only from delivery posts and the owner, so we did not count it.
- Company is barely recorded: two posts say they drove, and no other pattern (friends, family, alone) appears in more than one in-store post. With nearly everything taken away, this is largely empty.
- Opening hours: four in-store posts agree on Monday to Saturday 14:00-22:30, last order 22:25, closed Sundays — all copied from an info block; one gives last order as 22:45. The October 2024 opening post said 11:00-23:00, so the shop has since moved its opening to 2 pm.
- Prices have gone up: the October 2024 opening post listed a medium box at 11,000 won and a family box at 18,000; posts from June 2025 give 13,900 and 20,900. The latest price we have is from September 2025.
- Many posts give the phone number 0507-1353-5213; one copied 0507-1436-2435 from the shop's Instagram. Group orders are mentioned, but nobody said whether you can book.
- Most delivery posts repeat the same lines in the same order — 100% chilled Korean thigh meat, nothing like cheap imports, HACCP-certified, sauces developed by the owner. These are the shop's own claims passed along, so we did not treat them as evidence. Four posts disclosed sponsorship or advertising and one was an invitation.
