Cafe

Bebeangju Okjeong-jeom

베베앙쥬 옥정점 Bebe Ange reads as the French bébé ange, 'baby angel' — the brand runs play cafés for babies up to 36 months.

Compiled from 27 blog posts read in fullSources →

Bebe Ange Okjeong is a baby play café on the 4th floor of Poly Tower in Okjeong's central shopping district, Yangju. Babies up to 36 months play by the hour with their parents. You take your shoes off, play, and pay on the way out; parents order tteokbokki, fried rice and coffee from a kiosk. Today a baby costs 9,000 won per hour, each adult 4,000 won, and each extra 30 minutes for the baby 4,000 won. Posts up to June 2025 list 12,000 won per hour for one baby plus one adult. We read 30 posts from April 25, 2025 to October 20, 2026, and 27 of them describe a visit. We set aside two posts from the brand's own blog that are about other branches and the brand, and did not count one post that describes no visit.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Eighteen posts call it clean, and they say what they saw: staff going around wiping toys with disinfectant tissues, and a UV steriliser where you drop any toy a baby has mouthed. One post saw the owners going over the floor with a lint roller and a mop.
  2. Shoes come off at the door. Eleven posts describe putting them in a locker by the entrance and handing the key to the counter. Adults must wear socks, and two posts say you buy a pair for 1,500 won if you forgot.
  3. Parents sit either on a raised floor platform or at regular tables. Eighteen posts mention the floor seating, and those with very young babies mostly sat there to keep the baby close. Twelve posts mention baby seats such as Bumbo chairs and high chairs. Several note that you can see the whole play area from the tables.
  4. Many posts treat the tteokbokki as a reason to come: it comes up often, and many ordered it. Three found it spicy — one ordered the regular level and still found it quite hot, while another says even the spicy level is not too much.

  1. Six posts went as a meet-up with other parents of babies the same age — apartment group chats, baby-class friends, parenting groups. Eighteen went with family.

Parking

16 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park16 of 27 posts

Sixteen posts parked in the building's own car park. One says that if you park on the 4th floor the café entrance is right there. Six found it roomy; one had to climb to the 6th floor because it was full, and one found the ramps narrow for passing other cars. Posts disagree on the free time: up to 3 hours, up to 4 hours, or 2 hours free.

Nobody mentions a step at the door or going in by wheelchair. One post found moving a stroller fairly easy, two took the lift to the 4th floor, and some note the 4th-floor car park connects straight to the entrance. Four posts confirm from their own visit that the café is on the 4th floor, not underground.

Nine posts say the toilet is inside the café — it is the women's toilet, and two mention a child potty. Two posts note the men's toilet is outside. Diapers must be changed in the nursing room, which posts say has a sink, lotion and nursing cushions.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Prices changed between June and December 2025. The three posts up to June 2025 list 12,000 won per hour for one baby with one adult, plus 3,000 won per extra adult. From December 2025, posts list 9,000 won per baby-hour plus 4,000 won per adult. So one baby with two adults for an hour went from 15,000 to 17,000 won. One post found it expensive, one called the prices reasonable, and two drew no conclusion. For food, posts cite 10,000 won for tteokbokki and sets of two dishes and two coffees from 34,500–36,500 won.
  • Eleven posts give the same hours: 11:00–19:00 on weekdays and 10:00–19:00 at weekends, mostly copied from the listing. Last entry is 17:30, and one post gives last food orders at 17:30 and drinks at 18:00. The closing day changed. Posts up to June 2026 say closures are announced on Naver and Instagram; the three posts from July 2026 say the café closes every Monday. One post notes that private bookings sometimes block regular entry, so we don't know the ad-hoc closures or booking schedule.
  • The age limit changed too. 2025 posts give 48 months. 2026 posts give 36 months, or up to 48 months for an older sibling coming with a baby. One January 2026 post found Naver and Instagram saying different things.
  • Nobody describes getting there by subway or bus — every post that describes the trip drove and used the building car park. That doesn't mean transit is impractical; we just have no account of it.
  • No post mentions waiting to get in. How busy it gets varies: one weekday visit started with nobody else there, while another weekday morning was nearly full because of a parents' meet-up. Several suggest weekday mornings because weekends get crowded. That isn't proof there's never a line — nobody wrote about one.
  • Eight posts give the same phone number, 0507-1440-1311. Three booked through Naver passes or the open-run pre-booking. One post thinks groups of ten or more babies can book by phone, and one says to call ahead if arriving after 17:30.
  • No post discloses sponsorship. Of the 27 visit posts, twelve say they paid their own way and fifteen say nothing either way. A claim that a celebrity had visited, and a review-gift promotion, are things the posts passed on, and we don't rely on them.
