Baeksojeong

백소정 Baeksojeong is a franchise brand name; two posts quote its slogan on the packaging, 'a hundred kinds of care in one meal'.

Compiled from 16 blog posts read in fullSources →

A branch of a tonkatsu-and-soba franchise on the second floor of the Daebang Elium officetel arcade in Okjeong's central shopping district, Yangju, right above a Burger King. We read 30 posts from March 2025 to August 2026; 7 were about other businesses and 6 were delivery or list posts, leaving 17 actual visits. Mazesoba alone was 10,900 won, the loin cutlet 11,500 won, and soba-plus-cutlet sets 14,900–15,900 won. Four writers ate alone and four came with family; you order at a kiosk and fetch side dishes and sauces from a self-serve bar.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Ordering is by kiosk: six posts describe kiosk or table ordering, two of them a kiosk at every table. Six posts also mention refilling kkakdugi, pickled radish, cabbage salad and sauces at the self-serve bar, which according to individual posts also holds truffle salt, children's tableware, scissors and an electric kettle.
  2. Four posts mention a happy-hour discount: 10% off dine-in meals from 11 to 12 and 17 to 18. One writer arrived just after five and got the 10% (Oct 2025); another notes phone and pickup orders get 10% too.
  3. Five posts describe the Naver receipt-review event: a shrimp tempura or a drink. The two who chose the shrimp said it was big and plump; one writer found it sold out that day and got a cola instead.
  4. Four posts note high chairs, and two counted just two of them; one of the four parents who brought children suggested checking ahead when the place is busy with families. One post mentions Pororo children's tableware at the self-serve bar.

  1. Eight posts call the cutlet coating crisp and four call the meat thick; four say it was not greasy.

The most ordered dish is majesoba (마제소바) — 5 of 16 posts.

The prices here are what bloggers wrote down in their posts, and they may have changed since. Check Naver Place for the current menu and prices. This list is not a menu board — it counts what bloggers actually ordered and ate. Check on Naver Place

Parking

5 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park5 of 16 posts

Five posts parked in the building's underground garage. One says you get two hours free if you tell the staff on leaving; another found parking validation can't be stacked, so a validation used elsewhere in the building means none for the meal. One writer found plenty of space (Jul 2025), another found few spaces at lunchtime (Sep 2025), and one notes the garage needs a passcode.

Lift to the floor5 of 16 posts
Step-free access1 of 16 posts
Toilet insideyes 0 · no 1 (of 16 posts read)

Five posts describe taking the building elevator to the second floor and finding the shop immediately to the left. No one describes going down to a basement.

No one said whether the entrance has a step. One parent mentions having come with a stroller before, and five posts describe the elevator. Wheelchair access appears only in a copied amenities line in a delivery post, which we did not count.

Only one post covers the restroom: it is in the building, not inside the shop, needs a passcode, and was clean. Whether it is separated by gender appears only in a copied info line, so we don't know.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 22 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • No one arrived by public transport. One post guessed the bus stop out front would make the bus workable; nobody described the way from a station.
  • Nobody reported waiting. One post says there is usually a waiting list but there was none on an early weekday visit, and one notes chairs for waiting outside the door. One family found it already busy, but how long the wait gets we don't know.
  • Eleven posts agree on 11:00–21:00 with last order at 20:20. The afternoon break is 14:50–17:00 in eight posts and 15:00–17:00 in three, in the same June–July 2025 period. Most of these are copied info lines, and none mentions a closing day. One post says the shop sometimes closes early when ingredients run out.
  • Prices show no change from June 2025 to August 2026 (cutlet 11,500 won, mazesoba 10,900 won). For a single meal, one writer paid 10,900 won for mazesoba alone and another 15,900 won for the mazesoba set. No one called it expensive; two said the price was reasonable.
  • Four posts give the number 0507-1322-2748 and one gives 031-857-2748. No one tried booking by phone, so we don't know whether reservations are taken.
  • Two posts note this is a franchise branch. The 'top franchisee' claim was hearsay in two posts and the 'domestic grade-1 loin' line was copied from the menu, so we didn't rely on either.
