A sundae-soup (Korean sausage soup) restaurant on the roadside at 1481 Pyeonghwa-ro, Deokgye-dong, Yangju. We read 11 posts dated May 2025 to September 2026; six were visits to this branch, and five were set aside as other branches, a head-office press piece, or the shop next door. People mostly ate the house sundae soup, which arrives with chili paste already in it, and the pork-bone soup; radish kimchi, shredded radish, chives and salted shrimp come by default. Three posts mention a worn sign outside, but one counted more than ten tables inside. It used to run 24 hours; current listings say 9am to 9pm.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Portion size is the most consistent point: five of the six visits said the bowl was loaded — one called the meat a mountain, another was startled by how much was in it, and the pork-bone soup was described as generous too. Claims that takeout portions are larger come from a sign and hearsay, so we did not count them.
- Four posts called the food spicy and one said it was not. Both posts that ordered the pork-bone soup found it hot. The plain sundae soup splits: one writer said even the basic broth is spicy, another said that despite the red colour it was not spicy at all. Everyone agrees the chili paste is already in the bowl; a family with a child wrote that the owner offered to leave it out.
- Two posts went back for more radish kimchi — twice in one case, several times in the other. Several mention a self-serve bar with peppers, onion and ssamjang.

Parking
1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Parking is mixed: one post parked in front of the shop, another said there is a lot but it is hard to use, so park somewhere nearby. Two other posts carry copied info blocks saying parking is available (one adds it is tight); we did not count those.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

No post says what floor the shop is on or whether there are stairs — not that there are none, just that nobody wrote it down.
Nobody mentioned an entrance step or wheelchair or stroller access. We don't know.
Only one post described the restroom: reached past the kitchen, split by gender, but cramped enough that the hand basin sits outside it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- No post explains how to get there by subway or bus; one writer only says they walked over in the rain. We don't know.
- Nobody recorded a wait time. One post says the lunch crowd turned over fast enough that they sat without much waiting; another arrived around 10:30 on a weekend to a quiet room that was full by lunchtime.
- Company doesn't add up to a pattern: one visit with husband and daughter, one with a partner, one with a husband, none with friends or groups. One post noted many people eating alone.
- Opening hours: four posts list 9am to 9pm daily, all in copied info blocks. Two say it used to be open 24 hours and changed (one says after COVID), with the old 24-hour sign still up. No post mentions a break, last order or closing day.
- No post gives a single price. One writer only said the soup seemed priced like anywhere else in the city, so we can't tell you what a meal costs.
- The phone number 031-859-2625 appears in three posts' info blocks. Nobody said whether the place takes reservations.
- One writer says the brand's customer centre told them this branch is an independent restaurant, not a franchise. That is hearsay, so we did not count it and can't confirm it.
- In May 2025 one writer tried to order the stir-fried sundae on a hot plate and was told it is no longer made; no later post mentions it.
