Pocha Cheonguk's Deokgye branch is a chain tent-bar-style pub on the second floor of the J Plaza building, a 5–10 minute walk from Deokgye Station in Yangju. A free starter of doenjang rice stew (or popcorn) arrives with the table, and people order bar food like gopdoritang, fried chicken skin and chibaengi. October 2024 posts list fried chicken skin at 8,800 won, cauldron-lid octopus and pork at 24,900 won and fruit highballs at 6,900 won; chibaengi to go was 22,800 won in June 2026. We read 13 posts from 20 October 2024 to 1 July 2026; 12 describe eating there (one is a takeout meal at home). Seven of those 12 fall within eight days right after opening, 20–27 October 2024.

The bar is upstairs. Two posts put it on the second floor, one noting you see it right at second-floor level from the footbridge. The address says floors 1 and 2, but no post says whether there is seating on the ground floor.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance, an elevator, or getting a wheelchair or stroller up to the second floor. That means nobody mentioned it, not that there is none.
No one said whether the restroom is inside the bar or out in the building corridor.
Three posts said the restrooms are separate for men and women, all from the October 2024 batch.

Of the 13 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes waiting. One guessed seats might run short at peak times, but not from experience.
- Opening hours differ by post, and all are copied listings. Two October 2024 posts give Sun–Thu 17:00–03:00 and Fri–Sat 17:00–04:00; a January 2025 post, from a web search, says 17:00–03:00 and until 5 a.m. on weekends. A March 2026 post says 16:00–03:00, closed Mondays, and the June 2026 takeout post agrees (Tue–Sun 16:00–03:00). Going by the 2026 posts it now opens an hour earlier and closes on Mondays, but we don't know when that changed.
- Prices are scarce: three items copied from the menu in one October 2024 post, a 6,900-won highball, and 22,800-won takeout chibaengi in June 2026. No one gave the price of the signature gopdoritang or what a meal for two came to.
- Five posts list the same phone number, 031-863-1090. No one described making a reservation.
- The seven posts from 20–27 October 2024 follow one template: the same dishes and the same talking points — lots of rice dishes so it works as a first stop, a smoking room, separate restrooms, good value. None discloses sponsorship, but the parking, smoking-room, restroom and free-refill claims come only from these seven; the five posts from 2025 on do not repeat them.
