Jeongsusan is an aged-sashimi house on a side street in Deokgye-dong, Yangju, roughly a 10-15 minute walk from Deokgye Station. Nearly everyone orders the 90,000-won signature set: porridge, fishcake soup and a pancake, then a dozen-plus side dishes, a platter of live octopus, sea squirt, sea cucumber and abalone, and finally the sashimi. Most posts say it opens at 5 pm and closes on Sundays. We read 30 posts from December 2024 to October 2026; 28 describe a visit, and 9 of those were takeout eaten at home or at a campsite. Twenty of the posts fall between March and May 2025.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- Thirteen posts call the portions large — one signature set fed three or four, and a couple who ordered it for two left food. Two posts found it small: a large yellowtail set in December 2024 and a takeout cold fish soup in August 2026.
- Four posts came by bus or train. Walking times from the station vary from five to fifteen minutes depending on the post; one left it open whether the distance was a problem.
- Four posts found a high chair; one, having phoned ahead, warns there is only one and to ask when booking. Of the four posts that brought children, two say their toddler finished the opening porridge.
- Nine posts took food away: a large box with sashimi and seafood in separate sections, plus cold soup base and noodles, greens and sauces. The 'five sets a day' limit is copied from the menu, so we don't treat it as confirmed.

No post says which floor the restaurant is on or whether there are stairs; the address says ground floor, but nobody described it.
Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. We don't know.
Two posts mention the toilet. One says it is out in the ground-floor corridor and you take a key and tissue with you; the other only points to it. Nobody said whether it is separated by gender.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Eight posts call the room spacious, all from March 2025 on; the one December 2024 post said it wasn't very big. That post also mentions a remodel, but not when or what changed.
- No post describes actually waiting. Four mention weekend queues, but as hearsay or advice; the only one we counted, from a repeat visitor, stops short of saying they queued. Seven posts booked ahead.
- From March 2025 the posts agree on opening hours: 5-10 pm Monday to Thursday, 5-11 pm Friday and Saturday, closed Sunday (sixteen posts say Sunday). Most of this is copied from listing blocks. One December 2024 post says 10 am and closed Mondays; we can't tell whether that was a change or a slip.
- The signature set is 90,000 won in every post from December 2024 to January 2026, and eight posts say it is good value. Side prices (stew 8,000, rice bowl 10,000, sushi rice 3,000 won) come from one or two posts, and no post after January 2026 gives a price.
- Thirteen posts give the phone number as 010-8638-3245; one visit post and one list post give 031-859-3389. Bookings were made through Naver or by phone.
- Many of the twenty posts from March to May 2025 share the same listing block, menu and course order. One of them discloses sponsorship and three say they paid; the rest say nothing, and we counted each on its own without guessing.
