A fusion bar-restaurant on a side street near Deokgye Middle School in Deokgye-dong, Yangju. Through 2025 it opens at 5 p.m. and serves dishes like ratatouille with garlic bread (22,900 won) and fried chicken-thigh yuringi (18,900 won) alongside house rose highballs (7,900 won); 11 of the 17 visit posts had the ratatouille and 11 the rose highball. Before that, in October 2024, the Yangju city blog described it as a brunch cafe opening at 3 p.m. and had an americano there. What we do not know
- No post reports waiting. Three say the room was full by the time they left or when they arrived, and one booked ahead and found a reserved sign on its table.
- All opening hours are copied from listings. Twelve 2025 posts give a 5 p.m. opening and Sunday closing, mostly until midnight Monday–Thursday and 1 a.m. Friday–Saturday; one April 2025 post says midnight Monday–Saturday. Friday–Saturday last orders are given as midnight by two posts and 8 p.m. by one. The October 2024 post had 3 p.m.–midnight, and copied lines about daytime drinking and bookings from 11 a.m. leave it unclear whether it opens during the day now.
- The format changed. In October 2024 the city blog called it a brunch cafe open 3 p.m.–midnight, with americano and carrot muffins. From March 2025 every post describes an evening bar opening at 5 p.m.; a May 2025 roundup still says cafe by day, bar by night, but no other post from that time mentions daytime service.
- Some prices went up. Ratatouille was 19,900 won on one writer's first visit (before March 2025) and 22,900 won in posts from April to September 2025; the myeongnan gimbap went from 8,900 won (March) to 9,900 won (September). The Midori highball is 7,900 won in an April post and 6,900 won in a July post. The same March writer noted in April that the waffle pizza had been dropped.
- Eight posts list the phone number 0507-1390-4584. Several copy that phone bookings are taken; one post actually booked.
- Three posts disclose sponsorship, three say they paid their own way, and eleven say nothing. The same directions line recurs in four posts and six repeat that the owner taught cooking for 20 years; we treat that and the all-homemade claim as the shop's own words, not evidence.
