A Chaeseondang franchise shabu-shabu and rice-paper-wrap restaurant that opened in December 2025 on the second floor of the Nonghyup building near Deokgye Station. You choose a broth and a meat, then have 90 minutes at a bar of vegetables, wrap fillings, noodles, porridge makings, tteokbokki and bread. It costs 14,900 won at weekday lunch and 17,900 won on weekday evenings, weekends and holidays, with meat upgrades charged extra. What we do not know
- Meat surcharges went up: in December 2025 beef was included, flank +2,000 and hanwoo +4,000 won; posts from March and August 2026 list beef +1,000, flank +3,000, hanwoo +5,000. No post reports a change in the base set price.
- No one wrote of waiting, but two visitors arrived just before opening and were first in; one only guessed there might be a queue at peak times. We do not know what busy hours are like.
