A buckwheat-noodle house on Haeoreum-ro 188beon-gil, one to three minutes' walk from Sokcho Beach and the Sokcho Eye ferris wheel. The signature is deulmemak (13,000 won), house-cut buckwheat noodles tossed with perilla oil and perilla leaf; 29 of the 30 posts we read ordered it. 21 added the big shredded-potato pancake (17,000 won), and many also ordered the single-portion boiled pork (17,000 won), plain buckwheat noodles (10,000 won) or pollack noodles (13,000 won). 13 posts said you order from a tablet or kiosk at the table. We read 30 posts from March to October 2026; 22 of them are from October, and 21 fall in the nine days from 13 to 21 October.

What sets it apart
- 17 posts said portions are large, mostly about the potato pancake. One said it arrived like a whole pizza, and the pizza cutter that comes with it is mentioned again and again. Some couples could not finish noodles plus pancake; one family boxed the leftovers and reheated them at home.
- Side dishes are refilled at a self-serve bar, 13 posts said. Young-radish kimchi and radish salad come as standard, and several posts noticed a microwave for warming baby food and a urn of yagwanmun tea at the bar; two said they drank the tea free.

There is no private lot; you park in the public Sokcho Beach lot right in front and get validated. Ten posts did so. The free time differs: most say two hours, but five say one hour, and it doesn't split by date. Check on arrival.

Only one post described the floor from experience: ground level, right next to a GS convenience store. The rest just copied '1st floor' from the address.
We don't know about the entrance step or wheelchair access; none of the 30 posts mentioned it. That isn't a no, it's a gap. The line about closing stroller covers comes from the pet-policy notice, so we didn't count it.
Two posts said the toilet is inside the restaurant. No one mentioned whether it is gender-separated or how big it is.

What we do not know
- No one described getting there by bus or train; posts either drove and used the public lot or walked over from the beach.
- 24 posts gave opening hours, all copied from the shop's listing. Most say 09:30–21:00 on weekdays (last order 20:30) and 09:30–22:00 at weekends (last order 21:30), open every day. But four say 09:30–21:00 daily and one says 09:30–22:00 daily, so the weekend closing time is uncertain.
- Prices were reported almost identically from March to October 2026. The exceptions are extra pollack (4,000 won in two posts, 5,000 in one) and perilla-seed noodles (12,000 won in one September post, 13,000 elsewhere). Posts put a meal at 57,000 won for three, 55,000 for four, and 67,000 for four adults and a child. Nobody called it expensive; two called it reasonable.
- Several posts gave the same phone number, 010-7447-6740. Bookings go through Naver; one post relayed that groups of ten or more must book.
