A buckwheat noodle house right on Namhangjin Beach in Gangneung. The core is dongchimi makguksu at 11,000 won and pollack makguksu at 13,000 won, with boiled pork (29,000 / 39,000 won) and buckwheat dumplings or crepes (8,000 won each) on the side. The icy radish-kimchi broth comes separately in a jar, so you ladle in as much as you like and turn the bowl cold or spicy-mixed; vinegar, sugar, mustard, perilla oil and chili sauce sit on every table. No post described the floor from experience — '1st floor' appears only in the address, and nobody mentioned stairs or upstairs seating.
No post said whether there is a step at the door or how a stroller or wheelchair got in; one post's '#strollerOK' hashtag is all there is, and we don't count it. That means nobody wrote about it, not that it is a problem.
One post said the restroom is inside. Separate men's and women's restrooms appear only in two copied info blocks, which we did not count.

What we do not know
- An August 2026 post listed the menu as just noodles, pollack noodles, pork, crepes and dumplings; brisket gukbap (12,000 won) appears from September, and one October post called it new. No sign of a move or price change in our window.
- Nobody wrote about getting there by bus or train. Eight posts drove, and directions are given only in driving time, such as 15 minutes from Gangneung Station.
- All opening hours come from copied info blocks: 10:30-20:00 in 16 posts, closed Mondays in 13, break 15:20-17:00 in 10, last order 19:20 in 8. One post gave Tuesday closing and 10:20-20:30, another a 10:00 opening, and one said the Friday break starts at 15:30.
- Prices were reported the same from May to October 2026. No one totalled a meal, but two noodle bowls and a side come to around 30,000 won. One post said the pork was a bit pricey.
- Five posts gave the phone number as 0507-1490-0997 and two as 033-653-0993. No post mentioned taking reservations; waiting is handled through CatchTable.
- Several posts around October 2026 repeat the same lines in the same order with the same hashtags — 'only sea-view makguksu in Gangneung', 'opened 1998, remodelled 2023', 'kimchi made in-house', 'celebrities return'. It reads like a promotional brief, though none disclose sponsorship. Five posts say they paid themselves and one was a review-program meal.
