A one-dish house on Jinbu-jungang-ro in Jinbu, Pyeongchang (most posts give number 100-5) serving only sanchae baekban: for 13,000 won a person the table fills with wild-greens side dishes, and you mix them into a bowl of rice with gochujang and sesame oil. Grilled deodeok (15,000 won), grilled pollack and bulgogi (10,000 won each) are the add-ons. We read 30 posts published between 7 August and 14 October 2026; 25 describe an actual meal (one visit in June 2025, one around December 2025, the rest in summer and autumn 2026). The other five are roundup lists.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- Expect a line at lunch. Seven posts mention one; the waits they recorded were 30 minutes (weekend, 12:30), 15 minutes (Saturday 2 p.m., with the line out the door) and 10 minutes (6:10 p.m.). Another arrived around 1 p.m., waited for a table, but not for long. There are no tickets or apps; you queue in order of arrival. One post that came at 10:25 a.m. on Chuseok walked straight in.
- There is somewhere to wait: five posts mention chairs by the entrance or an indoor waiting area. One noted that by 2 p.m. on a Saturday the indoor space was full and the line ran outside.
- The table is laid almost as you sit. Nine posts say the food came fast, one within five minutes of ordering. One noted that an add-on grilled pollack took a little longer than the side dishes.
- Twelve posts say side dishes are refilled. What counts is disputed: one says the braised tofu and stew are not refilled, one says only about five dishes are, and one got more steamed tofu. Several asked for more of the glazed potatoes and the scorched-rice tea.

Parking is available: eleven posts parked there, in the front yard and behind or beside the building. Four called the lot spacious; one put it at about five cars. On Chuseok morning at 10:25 one family found the front full and parked at the back.

No one said what floor the dining rooms are on or whether there are steps; posts only describe an old house converted into several large rooms with tables.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether anyone got in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that it's impossible.
One post says the toilet is in the building next door; another said it was kept clean. Nobody mentioned whether it is separated by sex.

What we do not know
- Hours: eleven posts list 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., mostly copied from a listing; two say until 9 p.m. and one says 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. One family got in at 6:10 p.m. just before the kitchen closed for the night because it had run out, and the bulgogi was already gone, so evenings may end early.
- Price: every post from August to October 2026 that gave one said 13,000 won per person. Grilled pollack was 10,000 won in visit posts and 13,000 won in one list post. We have no earlier prices.
- Many posts copy the phone number 033-335-7232. Nobody said whether individual reservations are taken; one saw many group bookings, and one suggests calling ahead in the evening.
- Addresses disagree: the registered number is 100-3, most check-ins say 100-5, older listings say 98, and a second map entry sits at Yeongjeongge-gil 12. Five posts noticed two Buil Sikdang entries on the map and three said they are the same business. One was told the roadside 'Buil Sikdang Garden' is for groups and individuals should go to the main restaurant down the lane by the petrol station.
- The fourteen Blue Ribbon stickers, the '50-year tradition' and the Gangneung Odae rice are the restaurant's own claims, repeated by bloggers; we did not count them. Five of the 30 posts are roundup lists with no sign of a visit and are left out of the counts.
