A handmade-tofu restaurant on Inje-ro 178beon-gil in Inje-eup, near the Inje bus terminal. The menu is three dishes — jjabak-dubu, perilla-oil pan-fried tofu and tofu hot pot — and every 2026 post gives 12,000 won per person. Fourteen posts ate the jjabak-dubu, and four of those finished by frying rice in the leftover sauce themselves. Five say the hot pot must be reserved ahead. Three note that the sign reads sondubu (handmade tofu) while Naver Map lists it as sundubu (soft tofu). We read 24 posts from May 18 to October 11, 2026; 16 record an actual meal, the other 8 are Inje restaurant roundups and travel guides.

What sets it apart
- Eight posts say the first round of side dishes is brought to the table and refills come from a self-serve bar. Pickled perilla leaves, kimchi, braised soybeans, fish-cake and anchovy stir-fries come up again and again, and some posts note the perilla pickles are sold to take home.
- Four posts say you take your shoes off at the door, though the seating is at tables and chairs, not on the floor — two posts say so explicitly. One family wrote that this meant leaving the stroller outside.
- No one reports waiting. One group of five walked straight in around 1 p.m. on a Saturday; another got a table without a wait just before noon on a busy weekday. One post had heard there are waits at mealtimes, but that is hearsay and we did not count it.

Five posts cover parking: four parked in front of the restaurant or along the nearby street, since there is no lot of its own, and one used the public lot by the woodcraft showroom and walked over. One post's info box claims a dedicated parking lot, but it reads as copied boilerplate and contradicts the others, so we did not count it.

No post says which floor it is on or whether there are stairs — not that there are none, just that nobody wrote about it.
Nobody describes the entrance step or wheelchair access. The only related note is one family who couldn't bring their stroller in because shoes come off at the door.
No post mentions the restrooms — where they are or whether they are separated. We don't know.

Of the 24 posts we gathered, 8 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- High chairs are disputed one to one: one post says there are baby chairs on request, another says none were available. Four posts went with children.
- Posts split two to one on size: two call it quite large, one says it isn't big. Three mention a separate room.
- Several posts place it near the Inje bus terminal, but none describes actually arriving by bus; most visitors drove.
- Eight 2026 posts list hours of 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., seven of them with a 3:00–4:30 p.m. break, mostly copied from listings. An older roundup gave 10:30 a.m.–8 p.m. with a 3:00–5:30 break and no days off, and one June 2026 post repeated those old figures; another noticed the photo and Naver hours didn't match. Nobody says when the hours changed or whether there is a regular day off.
- Four posts give the phone number 0507-1318-1858 and one gives 033-463-1858. The tofu hot pot reportedly needs a reservation, but no one describes calling to book. Prices are a uniform 12,000 won per person across 2026 posts; nobody recorded an earlier price.
- Eight of the 24 posts are Inje restaurant roundups that repackage tourism data or TV lists, so we did not count them; one even gives the wrong street address. The claims about using only Inje-grown soybeans and making tofu daily come from the restaurant itself, so we did not treat them as evidence.
