Ttonttoni Gopchang Makchang
똔똔이곱창막창 Ttonttoni is a playful coined name with no stated meaning; gopchang and makchang are grilled pork small intestine and the thick end of the pork large intestine, the two cuts this house is known for.

A pork-intestine grill house on Daegu's Anjirang gopchang alley (71-2 Daemyeong-ro 36-gil). You grill marinated gopchang by the 500 g bowl and raw makchang yourself on the table burner, usually as one of four sets combining gopchang, makchang and heart skewers. Set B (gopchang plus two portions of makchang) was 36,000 won in autumn 2026 posts, and the soybean stew and rice are 1,000 won each. Takeout is a big part of it: 12 of the 25 visit posts picked up an order and grilled it at home or at a campsite. We read 30 posts from March to October 2026; 25 describe a visit and 5 are multi-restaurant lists.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Smell is the most discussed point: 15 posts say the gopchang and makchang had no off-odour. Two disagree about the gopchang, one noting a very faint gaminess (August 2026) and one a slight porky smell (March 2026), though both liked the makchang. The claim that the makchang is domestic comes from the restaurant itself; many posts repeat it, but we don't treat it as evidence.
- There is room for two or three cars right outside: the 8 posts that counted spaces gave figures from one or two up to three. Several mention the owner or staff directing parking, and one says the owner simply took their keys and parked the car for them on a busy weekend. When those spaces are full, people use the public lot No. 2 next door; one quick takeout stop paid 400 won. The parking subsidy is mostly repeated from the restaurant's own listing; only one post (May 2026) says they actually received it.
- Twelve posts took food away. They describe a foam box with ice packs taped into a handle, makchang dipping sauce in a plastic bottle, and sides of pickled radish, garlic, chillies, corn and the spicy and teriyaki sauces for the heart skewers. Orders are usually packed raw for grilling at home; three posts had it grilled first, and one notes that grilling costs extra.
- Thirteen posts call the room large, describing a central hall with wings on either side, long tables and group seating. On fine days the front is opened right up, and two posts sat by the opening for an outdoor-stall feel. The 130-seat figure is the restaurant's own.
2 more
- Six posts mention friendly service, including an owner who ran out after a customer with the phone they'd left behind. One August 2026 post records order mistakes instead: the wrong soju arrived and an extra bowl of rice ended up on the bill.
- Posts lean towards cheap: eight call it inexpensive or good value and none call it pricey. A May 2026 group of four ate gopchang, heart skewers and ramyeon for 50,000 won. An October post notes prices have gone up but says two people still ate their fill for around 30,000 won.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

No post says which floor the dining room is on or whether there is a basement or upstairs area. That means nobody wrote about it, not that the answer is no.
Nobody mentions a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. Two posts note high chairs for babies, which says nothing about access. One warns the floor is slippery with grease.
Only two posts mention the toilet; both say it is inside the restaurant, and one says it is split by gender. Nobody describes its size or cleanliness.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Set prices rose in summer 2026. Posts from March to early August give A 38,000, B 33,000 and D 26,000 won; posts from late August to October give A 42,000, B 36,000 and C 35,000 won. Even within one period the Naver listing (which bundles cola and steamed egg) differs from the menu board, and one post warns of exactly that. One October post lists lower prices (B 31,000 won), but its text and receipt name different sets, so we set it aside.
- Waits vary. Three posts mention one: about 20 minutes for a takeout order at around 3 pm on a weekday, a constant queue at a full dinner service, and a regular who says she queues for it anyway. A March 2026 lunch visit walked straight in. Several evening posts found the room packed without mentioning a wait. Nobody describes how the queue works.
- One August 2026 post says they won't return: smoke bad enough to sting the eyes, too noisy to talk, and black soot on the makchang from a plate that didn't seem cleaned. Another says the table extractor fans barely work. Only one post calls the place clean.
- Opening hours: 13 of the 14 visit posts that mention them say noon to 2 am daily, and two describe arriving right at the noon opening. One post alone gives a 3 pm opening with the first and third Sunday off, which matches nothing else. Most of these are copied listings, so check closing days before going.
- Eight posts give the phone number, 053-623-5115. Reservations appear only in copied listings; nobody describes actually booking by phone. The advice to call ahead for grilled takeout comes from two near-identical August 2026 posts.
- Some posts come in look-alike batches. Two August 2026 posts list the same items in the same order: safe-restaurant designation, volunteer discount, foreign-tourist designation, a Taiwanese TV feature and a 2,000-won soju offer. Several October takeout posts share a camping-and-foam-box template. Only one of them discloses sponsorship (a meal voucher). We didn't count the restaurant's own claims from these posts.
