이가네명인갈비살 부산시청점 Charcoal-grilled beef rib finger by Busan City Hall, one plate at a fixed price, with a free pot of doenjang stew and sushi rice

Data as of · Published ·

Igane Myeongin Galbisal, City Hall branch, grills beef rib finger in a Yeonsan-dong lane behind Busan City Hall. It is one outlet of a chain, and three writers who have eaten at other branches say this one is the better of them. You pick a plate — unmarinated, fruit-marinated or soy-marinated — and cook it yourself over a charcoal grate, and any meat order brings a pot of doenjang stew and a tray of sushi rice at no charge. Four in the afternoon until midnight; more than ten posts note that an earlier sitting can be arranged by phone. The room fills with office workers off shift and local families, and there is a partitioned group table at the back. The posts we read run from March to September 2026.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

These hours are counted from the posts we read. Shops change them without notice — check Naver Place before you go. Place — check hours

What sets it apart

  1. The free stew and the free rice are half of what people write about here. Order meat and a pot of doenjang and five balls of sushi rice arrive alongside; two writers assumed it was a mistake and asked the staff. More than twenty posts describe laying a slice of grilled beef and a dab of wasabi on that rice and eating it as nigiri. One had the rice refilled three times. Another asked for the stew to be reheated and got it topped up with fresh broth and boiled again.
  2. A partitioned back room makes this a work-dinner place. Eighteen posts noticed it. One puts it at about ten seats; another writes that her husband's team books it and always sits there. One writer looked around and saw a room of matching uniforms and suits. Two posts say they could not photograph the back because it was occupied — so what it actually looks like, we do not know either.
  3. This is a franchise outlet. Three posts say so outright, and two of them compare branches: same chain, different kitchens, and this one comes out ahead. One writer had been to the Dongnae branch the time before. So nothing read about another Igane belongs on this page — the numbers here were counted only from posts about this address.

Parking

2 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park2 of 29 posts

"Parking available" is everywhere; two people actually parked. More than ten posts say two or three cars fit beside the shop, but most are repeating the shop's own notice, and four carry the block "group bookings, reservations, separate toilets, parking" as one line — one of them labels that line "Naver" himself. Two describe parking: one squeezed into the last free space, one had driven there on an earlier visit. A regular warns the space is tight and points to the City Hall public lot, free after eight in the evening. How many cars fit, and whether anything is free on a weekend night, we do not know.

Getting inside

Toilet insideyes 0 · no 1 (of 29 posts read)

Not one post says anything about floors. Several photograph the front from the lane and call the sign easy to spot, the room old-school — but whether there are stairs, an upper floor or a basement appears nowhere in the thirty. One writer sat by the door and could watch the street, which suggests you step in from street level, but that is our inference, not anybody's sentence.

Whether a wheelchair or a pushchair can get in, nobody wrote. In all thirty posts the words threshold, ramp, step, wheelchair and pushchair do not appear once. Four writers brought children; none of the four mentions a pushchair. We cannot say it is accessible and we cannot say it is not — nobody looked.

The toilet is outside the restaurant — one person says so from having seen it. A self-described regular writes that it is outside and that it is clean. Four other posts state that the toilets are separated by sex, but all four sit inside a block copied wholesale from Naver's amenities list, so we did not count them as observation. Where outside it is, whether you leave the building, whether it locks — nobody wrote it down.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • Only three writers describe actually walking here from a station. More than ten posts carry the line "543m from Geoje Station exit 1", but that figure is copied from Naver Map. Three describe the walk themselves: one arriving at six from Geoje exit 1, one who walked for the exercise, one who says all three nearby stations are within reach on foot. Nobody says what that walk is like in rain or after dark.
  • Whether you wait depends entirely on the hour. The posts split cleanly: those who came between six and eight on a weekday found the room full and queued outside — one was brought a chair by the staff while waiting, another waited ten minutes — while those who came before six or late at night walked straight in. No post mentions a ticket system or a booking app: you stand outside.
  • Four posts declare something. Two carry `#sponsored` in the body, one carries a single `#tastingpanel` tag at the very end, and one states plainly that she paid for it herself. Others declare nothing but read like placements: one lays out "five reasons you must go" and then lists seven, one repeats its own headline eight times inside the body, and more than ten reproduce the shop's own marketing line about USDA top-15% grading word for word. Nobody says they were given anything, so we counted them — but it belongs on the record.
  • Thirty posts, twenty-nine people — one blogger wrote in March and again in August, and ate there both times. And one post is a week's diary in which this restaurant gets a single line: the check-in is ours, she says they ate out and that it was good, and that is all. We count it as a visit and take nothing else from it.
  • The price does not agree with itself. A plate reads 32,900 won from March right through the summer, then 34,900 in a post from 4 September and another from 21 September. We cannot tell from the writing whether it rose or whether someone mistyped, so both stand. One post from 8 July prices "a half plate, 400g, high thirty-thousands" — a half plate is not 400g and no such price exists; we took no figure from it. On opening hours, one post says five in the afternoon and every other says four.
