Unchil Boksam
운칠복삼 Unchil boksam reads as 'seven parts luck, three parts fortune' — a play on the saying unchil-gisam (seven parts luck, three parts skill); one blogger took it to mean 'having it all'.

Unchil Boksam is a Korean restaurant on the second floor of a converted house in an alley behind Gwangalli beach, in Millak-dong, Busan. By day it serves lunch sets — wrap rice, pork cutlet, spicy pork — and herbal chicken stew; in the evening it turns into what bloggers call an 'eomma-kase', seasonal home-style dishes with drinks. We read 9 posts dated December 2024 to May 2026; 3 were about other shops on the building's ground floor (a tonkatsu place and a solo bar) and were set aside. All 6 remaining posts describe actual visits. The only price anyone wrote down is 60,000 won for a herring, oyster and pork platter.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Three posts describe the seating; two say the tables are spread along walls and into separate rooms rather than packed together. One found the tables well spaced for conversation, and another mentions guests coming and going from a private room.
- Two posts mention a review promotion; the April 2026 visitor got an acorn-jelly salad for posting a Naver review. The same visitor booked the herbal chicken through Naver so it had simmered over an hour before arrival, and refilled the seven side dishes.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

You reach it through a house-like gate and up a flight of stairs. Two posts describe climbing up to get in, one noting a light on every step. Two posts admit hesitating at the door because it looks like a private home; a paper sign by the handle says it is open.
Posts mention stairs, but nobody says whether there is a lift, a step at the door, or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. We don't know.
One post mentions funny signs in the restroom, but nobody says where it is or whether it is split by gender.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- No one describes arriving by bus or subway. The line 'one minute from the No. 83 bus terminus' appears word for word in two posts as copied listing text. One visitor said it is three minutes from the beach.
- No post says anything about waiting for a table. One post's mention of a waiting area is copied from the listing. One visitor booked ahead.
- Company varies: two posts went with friends, one with a son, one with a husband; two don't say.
- Three posts list opening hours, all copied from the listing: they agree on opening at 11:30, a 15:00–17:00 break and Monday closing, but two say closing at 23:00 and one at 21:30. No post after early 2025 gives hours.
- We know little about prices: the only figure is 60,000 won for the herring platter (January 2025). No post gives prices for the lunch sets or the chicken stew; one says only that the stew costs what such dishes usually do.
- The phone number 0507-1440-0620 appears in two posts, both copied from the listing. One visitor booked through Naver reservations.
