Seoridan Gwangan fills a four-storey building in a Millak-dong lane just behind Gwangalli Beach, next to Tonshou, serving buckwheat noodles and potato ongsimi dumplings; several posts call it the second branch of a Yangsan original. Perilla-oil or chilled spicy buckwheat noodles are 13,000 won, black-sesame ongsimi 14,000, the cheese-shrimp potato pancake 17,000 and pork jowl with herring roe 27,000. Most groups order several dishes to share; one table of three ate six for 74,000 won. Of the 19 visit posts, nine each ordered the perilla noodles, the potato pancake and the pork jowl. We read 30 posts from 18 May to 5 October 2026, 19 of them actual visits; we set aside 4 about the Yangsan branch or neighbouring shops and did not count 7 list or description-only posts.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- This is a place people book. Six of the 19 visit posts reserved, via Naver or CatchTable, some choosing a floor. Walk-ins waited: three posts say so, and one notes walk-ins took over 40 minutes at lunch. One weekday visit around 8 pm had no wait but warned weekends do. One post arriving around noon found the beef hot pot already sold out.
- Ten of the 19 visit posts wrote a Naver receipt review and got free buckwheat fried dumplings, three kimchi and three pork in one account. Two posts found the dumplings the saltiest thing amid otherwise mild food.
- Warm buckwheat tea comes at the end of the meal, six posts note — 'not sikhye but buckwheat tea,' as one put it. Two posts also found mouthwash in the restroom.
- Seasoning is light. Three posts say nothing was salty; one was told sea salt is available on request. Another suggests sharing, since a whole bowl alone can feel bland.

- Six posts went with family — parents, grandchildren, spouses — two with friends, one as a group of three. Many call it good for meeting the in-laws, but no post actually went for one.

Parking
7 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.
| Posts saying you can park | 7 of 18 posts |

There is a car park right next to the building, and seven posts parked there. A meal gets 30 minutes validated, which posts found short: one still paid about 3,000 won, another got only an hour despite a large order. When it is full, the Second Hyeongje car park on Gwangan-haebyeon-ro 277beon-gil is used. One copied listing claims no parking; we did not rely on it.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| Second floor | 7 of 18 posts |
|---|---|
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 1 (of 18 posts read) |
| Lift to the floor | yes 0 · no 1 (of 18 posts read) |
| Step at the entrance | 1 of 18 posts |
| Toilet inside | 2 of 18 posts |
| Separate restrooms | 1 of 18 posts |
All four floors are dining space: the ground floor is a hall of four-seat tables, the upper floors hold reserved seating and private rooms. Seven posts sat upstairs or went up to look; four mention private rooms. One says there is no lift, only stairs, and another guest shown to the third floor also climbed. One post ate on the ground floor.
No post entered with a wheelchair or stroller. One says you climb stairs to reach the door, and one says the upper floors have stairs and no lift. A copied house notice says guests who cannot manage stairs are seated on the ground floor only. Nobody said whether the entrance is step-free.
Two posts say the restrooms are inside, one placing it at the end of the third floor. One post confirmed separate men's and women's rooms; other mentions are copied listings. Nobody said whether every floor has one.
No one mentioned: Ramp at the door · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 25 posts we gathered, 7 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The spicy perilla-oil noodles split opinion: one post was disappointed it was barely hot, another found it hotter than expected and steered sensitive stomachs to the plain version.
- Four posts found the staff kind. One differed: male staff ignored a goodbye, though the same post says a female server was courteous.
- No post describes arriving by subway or bus. One copied a list of nearby stations and another says it is a five-minute walk from Gwangalli Beach. That is not a sign transit is poor — nobody wrote about it.
- Hours appear in 13 posts, almost all copied from listings: 11:00–21:00 with a 15:00–17:00 break, which eight posts say applies on weekdays only. Last order is 20:15 in nine posts and 20:30 in two. No post mentions a closing day.
- Prices come from menu photos and receipts. Three posts give a meal total: six dishes for three people at 74,000 won, four dishes at 56,000, two at 26,000. Perilla ongsimi is 13,000 won in three posts but 14,000 by one receipt. One post lists the potato pancake at 27,000 won, but the same post says 17,000 earlier, so we read it as a typo. Two posts say it is not expensive — 'good price', and reasonable next to typical in-law-meeting restaurants.
- Many posts give the same phone number, 0507-1388-1639. Every booking mentioned went through Naver or CatchTable; no post booked by phone.
- One post says the potato pancake's name once omitted cheese, which caught out a vegan companion; the menu now names it. All posts from May 2026 on use the current name.
