A raw-fish house on the 7th floor of the Sealand fish-market building in Millak-dong, beside Gwangalli Beach in Busan. You eat one of two ways: order the 30,000-won-per-person course (a 40,000-won one also exists), which brings shellfish, assorted sashimi, steamed monkfish, grilled fish and spicy stew in turn; or buy fish at the ground-floor stalls and pay a 5,000-won-per-person table charge. Seating is mostly in separate rooms. We read 16 posts from December 2025 to September 2026; 13 describe eating there (the others are one listicle and two delivery reviews).

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- You can bring fish bought downstairs. Three posts bought sashimi at ground-floor stalls and were sent up to the 7th floor; all three put the table charge at 5,000 won per person. One also brought a birthday cake up and lit candles — but that post felt the house looked after its own course customers before bring-your-own guests.
- You sit in rooms. Four posts describe mostly private-room seating. One says the big rooms are left open and shared by several parties, but asking for privacy got them a corner room; another fed a large family gathering in one space.
- The owner couple keep topping up the table. Six posts call the staff kind — offering more sashimi as they watched the pace, adding seaweed and steamed egg for a child. One post differs: as a bring-your-own guest, its steamed egg came only near the end despite repeated requests.
- Three posts went as a family gathering and four with friends. Two brought children; one notes a child seat was provided.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 4 (of 13 posts read) |
|---|---|
| Lift to the floor | 5 of 13 posts |
The restaurant is on the 7th floor; no post places it in a basement. Nobody described steps within the floor.
An elevator takes you from the ground-floor market up to the 7th floor; five posts mention riding it and four describe going up to the 7th floor. One warns the entrance alone may disappoint.
Beyond the elevator, nobody wrote about a threshold or entering with a wheelchair or stroller. That means unknown, not absent.
No post says whether the toilet is inside the restaurant. One mentions toilets in the building; 'separate men's and women's toilets' appears only in a copied info block.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 16 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Cleanliness is split: two posts call the interior tidy, one says it fell short of today's standards — the same post that said it would not return to the 7th floor.
- Two posts say food came quickly, one says it was slow — that one was a bring-your-own guest ordering extras, not the course.
- Only one post covers transit: both Gwangan and Millak stations on Line 2 are 1.2 km away, too far to walk comfortably. '20 minutes from Gwangan Station exit 3' is from a copied info block. Several posts note it is walkable from Gwangalli Beach.
- No post describes queuing. Some say it was busy or every room was full, but none gives a wait time. Two posts booked ahead.
- All opening hours are copied from info blocks. Five posts agree it opens at 11:00; closing is 22:30 in three (two give last order at 21:30) and 21:30 in two. Four list closure on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.
- Price: the 30,000-won course is the figure most cited, and four posts call it good value. One bring-your-own guest felt the table charge was not worth it. A wall price list for sashimi is mentioned, but no post records those prices.
- Two phone numbers appear: 051-752-6487 in two posts and 051-752-9393 in one. Two course diners say they reserved ahead.
