A café-bar right on Gwangalli Beach at 247-1 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro, using the ground and second floors. You order at the kiosk by the door, then sit at the ground-floor bar, on the outdoor terrace, on the mezzanine halfway up the stairs, or at the second-floor picture windows facing Gwangan Bridge. An Americano was 5,000 won in September 2026; at night it serves cocktails, whisky and beer, and posts from late June 2026 on give closing as 3:20 a.m. Between October 2025 and May 2026 it was renovated as a collaboration with Degururu of Jeonpo, and a churros takeout bar opened at the back. - The second-floor windows are the draw. Nineteen posts went upstairs, and eleven of them describe the window seats or Gwangan Bridge through the glass. One says the windows fold open in cool weather; another found them shut on a hot day. One notes that traffic passes the ground floor, so upstairs is calmer.

No post says whether there is a step at the door, whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in, or whether there is a lift. That means we don't know, not that there isn't one. Several posts describe climbing stairs to the mezzanine and second floor, and the restrooms are upstairs.
Three posts say the restrooms are on the second floor, and three say they are separated by gender. Four posts mention a phone-charging spot, one noting outlets between the mezzanine tables.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Directions from Gwangan Station exit 3 appear only as copied notices; no post describes actually arriving by subway or bus.
- No post describes queuing. One found it quiet in the morning; a June 2026 post switched to takeout because it was packed, and another found the second-floor window seats full.
- Opinions on price split: two posts found it expensive (9,000-won churros set, 7,000-won butter cream latte), one found coffee cheaper than expected. One notes an extra charge for iced drinks.
- Three posts call it quiet; one found staff chatter as loud as the music.
- Opening hours changed. Posts up to 22 June 2026 give 9:30 a.m.–3 a.m. daily (last order 2:30); from 23 June they give 10 a.m.–3:20 a.m. (last order 3). One later post still copies the old hours, and nearly all are copying the shop's notice. Two say it is open every day of the year.
- Several posts list the phone number 0507-1352-2932, but none booked by phone. One post mentions special reservations during the fireworks festival, but only as something it read online.
- That pets are allowed mostly comes from copied shop notices; one post actually saw many dog owners inside.
