Cafe

PASCUCCI

파스쿠찌 센트로광안리점 Paseukujji Senteuro Gwangalli-jeom Pascucci is an Italian coffee brand named after its founding family; one blogger notes that stores carrying 'Centro' are the chain's gelato-focused branches, and this is the one on Gwangalli Beach.

Compiled from 18 blog posts read in fullSources →

A chain café on Gwangalli Beach (241 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro) that occupies the building from the first to the fourth floor. People come for the head-on view of Gwangan Bridge from the upper-floor windows; three posts watched the Saturday-night drone show from inside. Orders are café fare: coffee, gelato (the 'secret cup' gelato at 6,900 won), cake, a breakfast bagel set at 8,300 won. Three posts sat here while holding a place in the queue at a nearby tonkatsu or gukbap restaurant. We read 30 posts from November 2024 to October 2026. Seven were set aside as not about this café (the burger shop on the ground floor of the same building, other Pascucci branches, drone-show guides that only use the name as a landmark), and three describe the place without visiting, so our counts come from 20 visits.

What sets it apart

  1. Three posts mention window seats. One arrived around 5:30 pm and kept a third-floor window seat until the 8 pm drone show; another got a third-floor window seat because it was a weekday. One notes that reflections on the glass on the second and third floors make the fourth-floor rooftop better for the drone show.
  2. One post says the fourth floor is a rooftop, and advises taking a seat there about 40 minutes before the second drone show, when people from the first show are leaving.
  3. Two posts ordered at a kiosk; one adds that there is also a kiosk on the third floor and that you can order by phone.
  4. One post found chargers at the third-floor bar seats: two USB ports, two sockets and one wireless pad.
3 more
  1. One post got 10% off with a T membership and collected a coupon through a Danggeun Pay promotion at the kiosk. Another calls it cheap, since the price of a café drink buys you a seat for the drone show.
  2. Two posts call it clean (the ground floor inside; the toilets). One says the two or three staff were so busy that the place was not well kept.
  3. Of those that say who they came with: seven with friends, two as a couple, two with family, two alone. One brought children.

Getting inside

Second floor9 of 18 posts

Nine posts describe sitting upstairs. Five sat on the third floor ('a third-floor window seat', 'the third-floor bar seats', 'an unobstructed view of the bridge from the third floor'), one on the second, one on the fourth-floor rooftop; the other two say 'it goes from the first floor to the fourth' and 'the bridge shows well from every floor'. One post describes it as a three-storey café, against the rest.

No post mentions a basement; the floors described run from the first to the fourth.

No post mentions a step at the entrance, wheelchair or pram access, or a lift. The café spans four floors, but nobody wrote how you get upstairs.

One post says the toilets are clean; nobody says which floor they are on or whether they are separated by gender.

No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 21 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Only one visit mentions an outdoor terrace on the ground floor. Outdoor seats and a group area on the top floor also appear in a café-recommendation paragraph that one blogger pasted into two posts; we did not count it as a visit.
  • No post describes queueing. That does not mean there is always a seat: one family arrived around 4 pm on a drone-show Saturday to find no seats until a table freed up, and another found it crowded on a weekday though a seat came up soon. One post says it was relatively roomy when every other beachfront café was packed.
  • Only one post describes getting there by public transport: Gwangan subway station, exit 3 or 5, then a walk.
  • No post gives opening hours. One stayed until nearly 1 am (September 2026) and another had a breakfast set in the morning (August 2026); that is all we know.
  • No post gives a coffee price. Prices we have: gelato 6,900 won, yogurt cake 7,400 won, bagel set 8,300 won; one group of five spent 26,730 won in total.
  • No post lists a phone number, and none says whether seats can be booked.
