Neuruteogi
느루터기 Neuru is an old native Korean word for 'slowly, little by little, spread over a long time'; none of the posts explain the rest of the name.

A small bar in an alley off Gwanganhaebyeon-ro 277beon-gil in Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan — coffee by day, cocktails and whisky by night. In a June 2026 post two cocktails were 15,000 won each; the window menu copied in a December 2025 post listed filter coffee at 6,000 won and whisky or cocktails from 11,000 won. One post says bottled beer (8,000 won) arrived in summer 2026. We read 8 posts dated December 2025 to July 2026; 5 describe an actual visit. One writer went alone, three went with a partner.

Rows without a count: 2 of 3 posts.
Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Seating is bar counter only — two posts say so, one describing a long counter running front to back. One also notes a glass frontage and a coat rack to the right of the door. No post mentions tables.
- The owner hands out a lot on the house: two posts were given canapés, two got whisky shots (one for coming back, one after three cocktails), and one tasted a practice cheesecake.
- You can bring food from outside — two posts say so, one quoting a notice in the shop that takeaway or delivery is welcome. No one says whether the bar sells its own food.
- Three posts write about talking with the owner; one liked best that he explains which spirits went into each cocktail, another found him calm and funny. Two writers had been back or go regularly.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Toilet inside | 1 of 5 posts |
|---|
No one describes which floor it is on; only the address says ground floor.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — this is unknown, not a no.
One post says the toilet is at the far back of the shop; nobody says whether it is split by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 7 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Only one post describes getting there: next to the Millak-dong Golmok Market bus stop, about 15 minutes' walk from Gwangan Station exit 1. Other mentions of the bus stop are copied directions.
- No post mentions waiting. One writer was the first customer; another suggests checking for seats by Instagram DM or phone.
- Opening hours differ a little by post. Two June 2026 posts agree on 14:00–02:00 on Friday and Saturday, and one gives 14:00–23:00 Sunday to Thursday. A December 2025 post's copied block says 14:00–02:00 with no days, adding that hours sometimes change. No one mentions a closing day.
- Only three posts give prices: 15,000-won cocktails in one, whisky or cocktails from 11,000 won and 6,000-won coffee from a December 2025 window menu in another, 8,000-won bottled beer in a third. The weekly whisky flight is listed at a changing price.
- Two posts give the same phone number, 0507-1444-3520. No one says whether reservations are taken; one only suggests calling or messaging on Instagram to check for seats.
- Bottled beer is new: a June 2026 post calls Kirin and Kozel Dark this summer's addition, while the December 2025 menu listed only coffee, tea, whisky and cocktails.
